Along with the more traditional insulation materials, we sell mineral wool by Roxul, including CavityRock, Curtain Rock and their Roxul Safe product. Our sprayfoam lineup includes Lapolla and Natural Polymers. We also sell products by Dow, including Styrofoam and Thermax. We offer many great products from outstanding manufacturers for the commercial contractor to get the job done.

Sterling Building Materials has been serving the New England construction trades since 1946 when my grandfather, John Wills Sr., purchased Sterling Fiber. This began an ongoing, three generation, building materials wholesale business. The company, which started out making black out shades during times of war, has evolved into distributing residential and commercial insulation products as well as waterproofing materials.
