This place has horrible customer service. I bought three tiles and they are very close to my house. The tiler went to install and pieces has cracks in them. Instead of offering us even a small discount or replacement option or any other solution (like most other vendors have done for us when items have been shipped late or cracked just for pure customer service sake), they refused to do so and said we signed paperwork when we picked it up.

It was just a small order so they could have done a way better job in handling this issue. I now have to start over and find a whole new tile somewhere else in a hurry before a house inspection.

We were undertaking our own bathroom remodel and were complete newbies. We walked into the showroom without an appointment. Meg spent an inordinate amount of time walking us through various options and giving us amazing advice on style, design and selection choices. We purchased all of our tile from Tile Fantastic and have been incredibly happy with it. Thanks for the great customer service!

We were looking for tile for our new gas fireplace. We went into Tile Fantastic and Tom guided us through our options. He really went the extra mile to talk us through what would look best for the space we were working on. We ended up finding a tile we loved - which of course was on back order because it was coming from Italy and, well, Covid. Tom got it ordered though and three months later, we love it!

I was excited to have a tile store in south San Jose but the service was poor everytime I have gone there.

Definitely the best tile showroom in the south bay! Very up-to-date with trends in fashion & design (but not pretentious). Beautifully laid out, bright, clean and neat, so that you can find and see everything easily. They have everything from basic, inexpensive subway tile all the way up to custom hand made tiles in so many shapes, colors and sizes.

I did a little comparison shopping too (I ain't rich) and, even though they look high-end, their prices aren't. We ended up getting all of our master bathroom tile here as well as our kitchen slab and backsplash. Tom walked us through the process over the course of two appointments, explained everything in detail (even the technical stuff) and helped us come up with a design that we were happy with. Highly recommend! We'll be back for our fireplace soon!

Excellent selection of ceramic, porcelain, glass and stone. Extremely knowledgeable design staff.

We were remodeling a small midcentury bathroom and the staff, was super helpful and really guided us in selecting the right tile. I recommend scheduling an appointment with Meg if you can, she's amazing. Overall, the store have a nice section of tile for any price range.

We were pointed to Tile Fantastic by our wonderful fireplace contractor, who said "if you're not sure what you want, go to these guys". We went, we spoke to a few people there to get ideas and let them know what we were trying to do, and within a few days had our tile ordered. They made it very easy, we didn't order any more than we needed, and we're absolutely in love with our choice.

I have been a customer with Tile Fantastic for over 30 years. The service is always great and the price is very competitive. Meg has helped us this time. She is not only great, she is fantastic. After we talked for a while, she drew out the bathroom for us. She marked out all our tile directions and patterns. She thought out everything, from the tile grout to the mantle corner. Tile Fantastic is the best for selection and service in the area, I have used them for many remodel projects and would definitely recommend checking out the store.

Juliette helped me with this project and she was remarkable. The powder room was a tricky space with confined size limits and slanted ceiling. Juliette quickly understood my style and preferences, space constraints and budget and closely worked with me to find the right selection. The quality of the tile was also outstanding- high quality, sturdy, beautiful color and crackle that will withstand the test of time.

I frequently visit the store and have always been impressed by help and knowledge of everybody who works there. They're polite and really know their stuff. Highly recommend Tile Fantastic in the spirit of supporting local businesses to anybody who wants quality and beautiful products in their home.

This store is amazing. They have more selection of tile than any other store in the south bay. But what sets them apart is their knowledgeable sales and support staff to help you pick the right tile for your home. We couldn't have been more pleased with the tile we selected and installed for our kitchen and master bath. It was no easy task but the team at Tile Fantastic were amazing to work with

Their prices and service can not be beat! They are so patient and knowledgable. We went all over the Bay Area to tile stores and once we found Tile Fantastic, I would never go anywhere else. Go there first and save yourself the time and headache of other places!

Was totally ignored as I walked in and looked around the showroom for 20 minutes. I thought their inventory was very small and unimpressive. I didn't see one thing I liked anyway.

I had a small bathroom remodel to plan and Tile Fantastic was the third place I went to. As a complete neophyte, I was at a complete loss as to how to start, what to do, and the other places were less than helpful. At Tile Fantastic, Mike and Juliet both helped me immensely. With their advice and guidance, I soon felt confident about what types of tiles to order.

When we found that my builder had under-estimated the amount of floor tile, they were able to get more for me even on a very short deadline. My bathroom looks so fine, I can't believe it is the same space!

After visiting a number of tile suppliers in San Jose and Santa Clara, it was refreshing and welcoming to visit Tile Fantastic on Bascom Avenue. While showroom workers in other places seemed to treat my wife and I like inconveniences, we were met like long-time customers. Juliette (I'm hoping I have spelled her name correctly) answered our questions, asked appropriate questions about our remodel project, and suggested looks and material that helped us hone our considerations into a single vision.

She took the time to look up information and was careful to point out certain pieces we'd need to complete our project without having to return. In short, she spent the time needed to allow us to make a good decision. Ultimately, we are happy with the results of our remodel and Juliette and Tile Fantastic were a big part of that. Tile Fantastic should definitely be on remodelers' short list to visit.

Showroom is nice, well lit and easy to navigate. Meg was very helpful guiding us in choosing the right time for our shower.

Great service! Pros: Best selection around, knowledgeable staff. Cons: Could use more sales staff--very busy on weekends. We were helped with our three bathroom projects by Tom. He made an otherwise stressful experience smooth and painless, very patient and clearly experienced. If you're looking for specialty tiles that you won't find in the box stores, this is the place! Highly recommend.

Excellent tile shop with a beautiful display of designer tiles. Mike was kind enough to even accept a return of tiles when too many were ordered in error by my contractor. Mike is always helpful and allows take home samples. I will be a repeat shopper.

We worked with Caroline in choosing the materials for our two bathrooms during our house remodel. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted in the final outcome. Tile Fantastic had plenty of options for us to choose from at competitive prices. It was nice to live close enough so that our contractor didn't have to take too much time away from work to pick up more materials.

They ended up going back a couple of times. It's not always easy to return leftovers due to either restocking fees or shipping costs, so don't get more thinking you can return the unused items. We would recommend Tile Fantastic and Caroline. They were pleasant to work with, and we are happy with our bathrooms.

I bought my counter tops, bathroom tile and backsplash from Meg Greene! She was so incredibly helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I even came in doubting my choices and she spent so much time helping me through it all. the results were amazing. The other staff I worked with when I would come in and even pick up my material were class acts, especially Kim at the front I will forever be a customer!

Love the selection here. Caroline was available and took care of me when I walked in one time. She helped me pick tile that complemented each other. She understood exactly what I was looking for. We were blown away with the end product. They were always on time with the tile arrival dates, they were always prompt call me when tile arrived and returning my calls if I had questions.

So they seem to have a system Pat down! They even helped me by loading my tile in an Uber when I was pressed for time and my contractor needed the tile pronto! I have visited other tile shops but none that stuck with me and made me want to go back like tile fantastic Thank you tile fantastic you have a fan for life and I will be recommending you whole heartedly!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices and selection. Nice showroom. For these reasons they are very busy, so you may have to wait a bit for service if you go mid-day on a weekend. Worth the wait.

Excellent service, selection and price. We designed 3 1/2 bathrooms with them. Our sales person, Meg, is an excellent designer.
