All Natural Stone

We ordered extra tiles for our bathroom and were told they could be returned after 30 days. This is not the case. All Natural Stone refused to accept the return when asked stating their vendor would not accept the return. I would recommend getting everything in writing from this company.

They're great, great people great service, lots of Variety In their products from tile to granite., They are very helpful.

Amazing selection. This is the place to see so much! But the service was lacking, no one to help us for quite awhile, and eventually someone who knew we were looking for help (she was stocking) was asked to help us; she did. The Experience was not something I will return for. Their prices are the highest we've seen. And - the selection and quantity is Awesome.

I visited All Natural stone as a consumer with my wife to see the selection of tile and stone. I met Kate Lecco and she took us on the tour of the facility. The wide variety of materials is amazing. They have a showroom unmatched in the industry with all the current trends. Raji at all natural stone was very helpful in selecting materials for our backyard. Raji has a great sense of design and helped us match all the tile, slabs and stone elements perfectly. We had also got slabs for our bathroom last year from them. All the material is high quality and good.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This was my first time coming here and placing an order for a Client and it was a horrible experience. Ginger had placed the order for me and I was told it would be arriving the following week ( sept 30th) Come to find out 2 weeks later that they never had the material in stock and it was at sea and it was expected late November?

I immediately asked for a refund due to me needing the material immediately after following up with my client. I was told the material was in stock and would arrive at the date provided. I had paid with a check and I'm going on my second week that I still haven't received my refund. I have been trying to get in contact with ginger the last 3 weeks and it seems like she's always with a client.

I have left messages and get no call back. The only good thing is that I have been speaking with a young lady in the front which just told me I should get the check by next week. So that would be weeks that I am waiting for my refund. this has been such a bad experience for me. I have not appreciated the lack of communication, which affected my work.

Very happy with the service and selection of All Natural. They recommended a fabricator. Francisco Morales. he is wonderful, reliable and did an excellent job for us. We are more than happy with the results!

Francisco Morales is by far the most talented fabricators I have ever met. He did the most impeccable job on a very complicated 9 slab octagonal kitchen and large master bath. The rooms are masterpieces and I could not recommend him more highly. Honest, hardworking and respectful of your home. Jeff is one of the most incredibly knowledgeable and helpful people I have worked with in 20 years at Natural Stone. He cares about the customer and has a great eye for slab selection.

Yesterday I met with Kate Lecco with All Natural Stone in Dublin. I wanted to pre-vet the company for a client of mine that will be doing an extensive Kitchen and Bath remodel. I was very impressed with All Natural Stones showroom and Kate's knowledge of the design through build out process. Update - Hilda worked her magic a second time in helping us re-do our bathrooms. She helped us select a white marble slab for our vanities. It's beautiful and elegant and in Pleasanton with hard water and mineral deposits - it hides those. It's absolutely beautiful. Also, she helped us select Carrerra Italian marble tile and matching marble baseboards that make our bathroom look like it has the floors of a five-star hotel. She even told us how to position the tile for maximum effect and making our smaller space look bigger. And the tile came in before promised and pickup was a snap.

I've been on a rampage visiting many stone slab countertop suppliers in the Tri Valley/Hayward/San Leandro area. Most places still require an appointment for showroom visits, and All Natural Stone is one of them. Of the six in the past week I've been to, this probably has the most elaborate showroom with unique decorative tiles and a large selection of quartz and other genuine stone slabs.

It also had the most prospective customers and the number of staff were on hand to handle the traffic. The staff is friendly, although I never got a call back as promised on some slabs and tiles I inquired. And, they are by far more expensive in terms of retail prices. I didn't even bother with having my countertop fabricator get a vendor price quote. Well, on to review the other stone slab places I have narrowed my future kitchen remodel purchase!

Their tile is beautiful and we love it but the customer service has been sub par. They tell us they will call when the order is in and they dont several times. They give us the wrong size shlutter metal border for the tile and then say we cant return it.

I have to give a shout out to Kate in sales. She was very professional and helpful during my latest project. This is my 3rd project with All Natural and Kate was by far the best person to work with. This project wasn't that big but she was so helpful with choices, add ons and replaced a cracked tile as quickly as she could so the job could be finished.

All natural stone is awesome! My wife and I have come here a few times for tile and granite and have always been satisfied. This last time Raji helped us and she was extremely accommodating! Definitely recommend her for your projects.

Excellent customer service people that didn't bat an eye at my odd request of a slate tile to use in a snake cage! The tile itself is absolutely perfect for my needs. Highly highly recommend.

This is in regards to the Parfeuille tile. I was seduced by the fact that is is a very old product, reclaimed roof tiles from France. In the store the sample on the floor is absolutely gorgeous, blues and yellows and some terra cotta tones making it what I thought to be the perfect floor for my new kitchen. I will say that our salesperson said that all the lots are different and I may not get the range of all of the colors that are in the sample. Well, thats for sure!

They were mostly orange terra cotta, a few of the light ones, no blue and very little yellow or cream. This is just to let anyone know who may be interested in this flooring, think about if orange terra cotta is the look you are aiming for. Also, chips terribly. If I could do it again I would NEVER get this!

This place is super shady! We purchased a slab of marble from Raji. Everything seemed fine. But then they sold OUR slab to someone else and sent an inferior slab to our fabricator hoping we wouldn't notice. Who does this? Our stone fabricator says this is actually very common. Lesson learned. Avoid this place. And make sure you tag your slab with a sharpie and have it shipped immediately. This is really shady business practice and I won't be going back.

My designer referred me to All Natural Stone in San Jose and suggested I make an appointment with Tony Bettencourt Rose. I worked with Tony to pick out flooring, shower tiles, and counters for 2 bathrooms, kitchen counters and backsplash, and a fireplace surround. I couldn't be happier with all of the choices! I was in and out of ANS a lot for a couple months picking up orders as they came in. Everyone I dealt with were helpful and pleasant. They truly have an outstanding group of people working there! Also the selection of tiles and slabs is quite large.

Great selection of slabs from Granite, Quartzite, Quartz. A large selection of tile they can special order for you as well. It's a little overwhelming as you walk around, it helps to have a fabricator as they don't fabricate. A lot of the slabs are marked already by designers, and the stock is constantly changing. Great place to start and look if you're looking for slabs!

Worked with Jeff and his team to pick out tile for a bathroom. I came in with little more than "I'm going to get black fixtures and I have zero idea what I'm doing", onver 2 trips and about 90 mins total time, Jeff and his team helped me pick out an awesome set of tile, 2 tones for the floor and wall and 1 mosaic for the shower niches. Looking forward to getting it installed.

I love Gail Callahan and All Natural Stone! I am a 28 year veteran of the interior design industry, having worked with many different types of vendors in tile and related fields. When I moved to Northern California 18 years ago, Gail was the first vendor I met. Since that time she and I have worked on over 100 projects. Therefore it is very easy for me to give her a five star stellar review.

Her integrity, product knowledge, and passion for her job and the industry always stand out to me. The client consistently comes first even when that means she has to put her neck out on the line. I always recommend Gail and All Natural Stone to my clients, my colleagues, and to other vendors. She is among the best in the industry!

The decor was well done, but the displays were a little creepy. Their service was excellent, even providing delicious food and ample alcohol. The ambience was festive with both a DJ and a live band. The clientele ranged from silly, to elegant, to freakish, to downright terrifying. Thanks for the fantastic Halloween party!

Incredible, unending selection of tiles. Patterns, solids, inlays, glasses, stone, faux wood, ceramic.everything you can imagine. They have 6-10 people ready to assist, usually super knowledgable and not pushy. Then, they have a warehouse of marble and stone slabs. Willing to move big pieces to let you look at whatever you want. Start your hunt here.and expect to come back several times during the process.

I made an appointment to meet with a rep and it was an awesome experience. Adrianna was so knowledgeable and experienced with design and styles. She helped me pick the perfect combinations for 2 bathroom remodels. I was not expecting to have everything decided, relatively painless, in such a short period of time. They've got a great team working for them.
