I worked with Paul Kelley at Facings of America and have had an excellent experience. He helped me carefully pick out floors (wood and tile) and tile for our bathrooms, made recommendations for grout, etc. The products have been very high quality. I would highly recommend Facings of America and in particular, Paul Kelley.

This company is so afraid of Covid that you can't get anyone to even answer a phone call. Their website is not set up well to even find the link to set up an appt for samples. Last time I recommend a customer to Facings as is just wasting mine as well as my customer's time trying to get in contact with them for product.

Facings has an extensive showroom with everything from well priced tile to beautiful hand made tiles. Marwah has been extremely helpful in finding the right tiles for the project and is great to work with!

I love working with Kristina and the team at Facings of America. We always find copious amounts of inspiration in their showroom, their product offering is incredible (spanning all the genres), and their service is top notch. Facings has great selections of both basic materials all the way unusual, fancier ones in both natural and man made materials. I appreciate the help and expertise from the staff, specifically Kristina who makes herself available for in person meetings at the showroom, and is only an email away from helping me find the perfect materials I'm looking for.

Beware! You will be taking a chance if you order tile from this company and there's an issue. Don't expect the owner to respond to any messages or to follow up. Once they have your money you can consider it gone. Don't let the tile selection let you forget about the customer service with this place.

Their showroom is impressive but that's where it stops. Customer service is nonexistent with this company. We have been waiting for two months to resolve an issue where the tile we ordered was misrepresented in their fancy display. The sample tile we thought we purchased was a deep variegated color which was what we wanted. When the tile arrived after weeks of waiting it became obvious there was an underlying wood print and this was not disclosed to us by the sales representative.

Though we were able to return the tile we are still out over $1000 in shipping and transportation costs. But the most inexcusable part is the owner Richard Van Gilse will not give us the courtesy of returning our calls. Take your business elsewhere.

One review is too much for this company. The owner is unprofessional, the workers do not know what they are doing. My car was damaged due to poor loading of the product I was picking up. I asked for him to pay for it to be repaired and at first he said his insurance company will take care of it. Then after I called mine to report it they said I needed to get name of company and report it to them. I'm still awaiting the name of the company from him.

My insurance company has tried as well. Before loading my car the workers couldn't locate the order. I had to call the salespersons cell phone number to have him help. The products are gorgeous, their showroom in Scottsdale is gorgeous but the company UNPROFESSIONAL!
