Awesome show room. Very helpful staff that doesn't make you feel like you are being smothered. They let you look around without being pushy and are very friendly and helpful when needed. Just got our first batch of tile and it was well packaged and in good shape. Look forward to a long relationship with this company.

Their customer service is poor. I went in and selected a chair rail. Apparently their associate wrote down the wrong item number by 1 digit. When it came in I told them it was incorrect and shared the picture I had taken the day I selected of the chair rail. They refused to let me return it and order the correct chair rail so now I am out several hundred dollars.

Great showroom with a wonderfully helpful staff. They have a large selection and great prices! We visited a few times before picking out our tile for the kitchen backsplash. They let you take samples home to, just remember to bring them back in a week. I highly recommend if you are in the marked for tile or stone.

Was ready to place a SUBSTANTIAL order with them, but decided to go elsewhere once I made the mistake of inquiring about contractor pricing. Turns out discounts are given on a case by case basis, only if the contractor agrees to do a great deal of business with them in the future. My $27,000 tile was purchased through ProSource in Franklin, and Colleen Horner in Pewaukee. The rude gentleman at Lexco has a lot to learn about customer service.
