Wanted a whole house window replacement done. Didn't get several windows done because they didn't measure when they came out for initial estimate and didn't want to come back out for the additional work. Made repeated visits to their shop where on one occasion, we waited 40 minutes for our Customer Service Rep. He was out of the office, but they don't tell you that. Getting status on an order is impossible.
They say they will call back but if you dont call them you will not get a call back. Broke one of our 60 dollar shades during installation. No apology nor offer to replace. Cut a rubber seal and left a mess of sealant during installation. Used our patio furniture as a work surface but didn't remove the debris from nor replace the table covers afterwards. Went with one of their higher priced products but don't feel we got our money's worth. Do not recommend them for widow replacement.

This particular showroom was very impressive. They had a really wide selection of countertop and cabinetry stuff in addition to do deck stuff and flooring. I went in there just to take a look around to see what the place was and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I'm sharing this for a friend. Morrie Sheets Just wanted to share with all my friends and associates. I strongly suggest that you not use Fisher Lumber and Supply on Taft street in Wichita. The worst service and worst management ever. Cannot place a order because you cannot get help. Remodeling a project in Wichita. Could not get anyone to get out of their chairs to sell us cabinets, fireplace inserts, windows and drawer pulls.
Just talked to each other about weekend plans as we walked the showroom. Ready to spend and yet neither of the two salespeople even made eye contact with us. We had to walk right past them twice. It was 30 minutes to close on a Saturday so I can only assume they made their quota for the day. After 20 minutes I even said "thanks for the help" on the way out. Too many other options that will give you service
