Balco is committed to providing exceptional educational programs that enhance and expand the knowledge of the Architectural, Engineering and Contractor community. We offer certified "Lunch and Learn" programs for both the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
Ronnie Leonard, CEO and President of Balco, Inc. began her career with Balco in 1996 as Chief Financial Officer. Ronnie was CFO for 16 years before being promoted to CEO in 2012. She is a graduate of Wichita State University and worked as a CPA with Baird, Kurtz & Dobson and as Controller for National Plastics Color.
Balco Acoustical Joint Seals and Partition Closure Seals are compression seals made from either foam or premium silicone, designed to fill the void between partition walls and exterior facades, curtain walls and cladding in multi-story construction, like hospitals, hotels, office buildings, etc. The seals provide vital movement due to thermal changes of exterior surfaces, while also serving to dampen sound transmissions.
