Service and pricing are good. However the location and how they load your materials makes it difficult when using a trailer. We also don't like that you cannot pick out your own wood boards. We normally go to the transit road location but they did not have enough of metal roof panels we needed in stock and we were told they would not transfer them from the Seneca st location to transit rd.

I received my closet doors with some markings and a few minor cracks. Nothing that I couldn't fix with wood filler since I'm painting them. I was really happy with how quickly they responded and their resolution though. Accidents happen and they handled it right. UPDATE: To get 5 stars from me in the future, I think it's only fair you refund my shipping for this current order. And I do believe any future orders will be inspected more closely. Thank you for asking.

I have bought many lumber items from Len-Co over the years. Always gotten good value in the.lumber products. And they cut to size for my.project needs. Since I'm. Mildly handicapped very help service. They answer my questions and have very good customer service. They are my go to lumber for the special lumber products I need.

Today, I realized how little character strength some people have, and a few of them work at this store. I stopped by Len-Co on Delaware Ave. to get QuickCrete for Glass Block windows for my husband. I stated this clearly and asked them if they had some. They said yes, and someone got it from the back and brought it to the car for me. Nice. Good service.
I took it home without checking it. My mistake. My husband opened it and started to mix it. Then he realized that this would not work for glass block windows. I taped the bag and went back to the store. I told them that I realize I should have checked the bag myself, but I did ask for glass block quickcrete. The gentleman who carried the bag vehemently insisted I said mortar (why would I say that?
This is not my project, so obviously I would simply repeat what was told to me). I said, "That's not what I said. I said glass block." The other three guys who were there just looked at me, knowingly, then looked at the floor with a shrug. They knew what I said but refused to take responsibility for it. Then the manager said he couldn't refund my money, but he'd "meet me halfway" and refunded half the money.
It was a $4 bag of concrete. He seriously refunded me $2. This is just bad business. Then, he got another bag of concrete and almost put it in my car, but I insisted on checking this one. Sure enough, it was the wrong bag again. It is not about the money. I do not like people lying to my face. Not to mention the $2 refund. Really?
