Jay at Stephens Fence did a great job on the wrought iron fence at our new home. They are a family owned business, which is one of the reasons we went with the company. He and his crew were polite and did a wonderful job - they accommodated our schedule and completed the new fence 2 days after we closed on our home! I reached out to Stephens Fence with a couple of odd fencing requests to come up with a solution to stop a dog from escaping. Both times they showed up in a timely manner, performed a great job with the odd requests, and were very professional. I will use them for all my future fencing needs. Asked about porch railing replacement for my elderly mother, the gentleman seemed busy but polite, said he had another call that he had to take, said he'd text me back from his cell so I could send him photos of what I needed replaced. I have yet to hear back.

Jay was very professional and responded quickly when I had part of my fence blow down in the Kansas winds! He had it fixed in no time and was very reasonable. Will be using him for fence and handrail in the future.
