Don't know where to start? We can help with basic budget numbers and provide recommendations for top-tier General Contractors, Architects and Engineers with experience in your specific project type. Can't quite picture the building? We can get you 3-D Models to help coordinate the layouts. Contact us to request a copy of a 3-D Concept Model of a completed hangar project (Ascent) or a milling machinery plant (Mill in Pima County). Identify value-engineered options to enhance the project while preserving funds - including already designed systems.

Please use the navigation links to review samples of projects Steadfast has completed in the past for various types of business needs. Since we opened our doors in 2003, Steadfast has completed over 300 projects totaling 2 million square feet throughout Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Utah and Montana. Projects range in size from 1,500 square foot maintenance sheds to 160,000 square foot aerospace facilities.
This project used a single slope design with an at-eave canopy and wing wall at the high eave. Mixtures of panel profiles and colors added visual appeal, along with a mezzanine system (conventional) to create office space and an exterior balcony. This metal building took full use of flexibility of design in metal construction.
The second museum hangar that we have been invited to build with PASM incorporates a 120' clear span, 3 large overhead doors with swing away mullions (for changing museum planes), and a support beam for suspending planes from the roof. Maintenance hangar built on an existing site with bi-parting rolling hangar doors and translucent light band.
BASIS Campuses are an excellent example of the advantages of pre-engineered metal buildings: accelerated development of permit review drawings, fabrication of parts and high value to cost ratios. These campuses also benefitted from several value-added features, including large canopy extensions to provide shade at the full height glass walls and the use of 30-year panel finishes that mimic the look of aged metal wall panels. The initial Oro Valley campus was a 7 month project from site selection to occupancy.
