1st time there looking for a weed eater the lady at the counter very helpful and answered all questions I had about there echo trimmers and home depot trimmer and explained the differences in them thxs I only found this place by looking for a echo dealer always drove by never new it was there nice little place inside

Mixed bag on this place. They are the only warranty service center in the Metropolitan Phoenix area and they *know* it. There is an obvious tone and atmosphere that they are working in the best interest of themselves and their lock on the warranty Market. Speaking with Maryann, I felt like I needed a lawyer present. If it were not for a chance encounter with the service manager, and a very pleasant half hour conversation about how to maximize care for my mower as the "warranty" on these are basically worthless; I would have given far fewer stars. While I'm not a fan of Extended protection plans, I would highly recommend it for your outdoor lawn equipment as your warranty is void the moment you buy fuel in Phoenix.

Great company! They handled all our needs in a timely manor. Very friendly people. I will Definatly come to them in the future for all my needs! I doesn't mater what we brought them, if its just service, fix my curent equipment or a rental while the fix my stuff. They are there when ever I need them! Wish I could give 10 stars! I took my Cub Cadet riding mower in for various problems. Dave helped me numerous times over the phone prior to bringing it in and I really appreciated that. Everyone there was courteous and spent time with me going over the mower. They had it running better than when I got it new in no time. I feel like Dave did an amazing job and I won't use anyone else.

Had a very good and informative experience at Aero. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my Equipment and helped me to understand how better to use it. Thank you Jason and Dave for your help and outstanding customer service.
