We bought a back flow preventor for a customer a week ago and found it's the wrong model and went to return. Wells plumbing charged 25% restocking fee (we have the original receipt and the part is in box without any damage). This is the first time in the plumbing industry I have heard of charging stocking fee. It's unbelievable.
