I had a bathroom remodel and purchased marble top and noticed one has tiny chip in it. I called and asked if they could fix it and they said no. I would never buy from them again since they cannot back their product. They did not install it my reputable remodeler did so that's why they won't offer a solution. Thank goodness it's a tiny chip and not to visible.

I would like to put a 1/2 star or no star review. I'm really not sure how this place is even in business. Not only are their products over priced, when they cut pieces completely wrong they will only offer you 10% off to fix it. Not to mention the piece of marble we receive has markings all over it and chip throughout the product.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was a large selection of remnants to choose from, but for a little more $ per square foot, we decided to go with a "showroom" granite option. The location is tucked away in an industrial area, but the experience was pleasant. The installers were very polite.

These people have a nice showroom and what appears to be a good product. However, if you choose to work with them, be prepared to "actively manage" your order. don't just wait on updates. If your experience is like ours, you won't feel valued or appreciated as a customer. The issues were a little too numerous to mention here but I'll just say it wasn't a "better experience" than dealing with a big box store. Hopefully the $1200 in backsplash tile we ordered is at least higher quality than we would have received from one of those places.
The company has apologized to us for our experience and was even willing to take something back that was improperly ordered. mistakes happen but at some point it becomes too much.

After having little luck getting a tile order fulfilled elsewhere, my husband and I stopped by Mees Tile & Marble. This store specializes in design and custom tile orders. The walls are full of ideas, manufacturers, styles and colors. I felt creative and inspired right away. A gentleman working outside of the showroom recommended we sign in to reserve a space in line (if we wanted to speak with a design consultant).
We didn't at first but after seeing so many options and narrowing down a few choices, we put our names down. The wait gave us plenty of time to continue walking the showroom and finding more things we liked. A design consultant took information down about our choices, to confirm tile sizes available and if we could get a quick turnaround on delivery.
She also asked about our kitchen space (cabinets, flooring, etc.) after hearing we were interested in a color. As a general rule kitchen backsplashes are often neutral, which I appreciate, but my kitchen is vomiting neutral and I need a pop of color. It was worth every penny to remove the beige/brownish tile we inherited from the previous owners. We were able to check out a panel to take home and liked it immediately. (My husband moved it every couple of hours to a new spot in the kitchen!) Ordering is more permanent here -- no returns, so make sure you like what you get and don't over order the supply. Freight is also charged which is not what we experienced elsewhere. Grout options and silicone were also available for order, which we added to the order. Tile arrived as promised and we paid at pick-up. Excited to complete our backsplash! Mees Tile will certainly be at the top of our list for future tile and flooring purchases.

After waiting a week for details on a time sensitive job (I'm selling a house), I was told last minute (two days before the work needed to be done) that they were not interested in the work. A side note, they installed the project, but apparently now it was something they couldn't handle. Don't waste your time here.

Had a great experience shopping, planning, buying, picking up, and installing the tile. If you need a contractor ask for Jose Sorato. He did fantastic work, and charged us exactly what he estimated. Super reliable and one of the nicest contractors I've ever worked with. We went with Ditra for the insulation, warming element, and thermostat. I cannot attest to the Warm Tile product Meese sells. They helped me pick out the grout to go with the tile, and I had a great experience working with them.

The installers damaged paint and trim of entry door during installation. They left messes and debris in multiple locations. Spoke with Mees, did nothing about it. Response: I did call the office and I was told to call the owner. I wanted an email address to send you pictures but you did not do that. I attempted to resolve the issue but was blown off by the owner as if he didnt have time for me.
I am the general contractor on this project and I am overseeing the entire remodel. My clients had purchased counter tops for their kitchen as well as their master bath. They also purchased all the special order tile for 3 bathrooms, laundry room and a 3'x6' shower. On two separate occasions they had morning appointments at the residence and on both times the Mees employee was an hour or more late.
When my clients called to find out where they were for the 9am appointment, the Mees employee hadn't even left the store. When the counters were installed they damaged door trim that was recently painted. They also left their trash and waded up paper towels all over the place. When they drilled the holes.they left all debris and plug cutouts under the sink bases and on the floor.
I feel that subcontractors should always clean up after themselves and not damage the other guys work. It's simple respect. If you can provide me with an email I will send pictures.

I've been very pleased with Mees. They installed soapstone counters in my kitchen and Carrara marble in my master bath. Both jobs went seamlessly and the crews were very friendly. I also found the prices to be the best in town. I'm planning on adding another bath, and they will be my first choice for the flooring and tiles.

Updated with pics! My counter tops came out PERFECT! Dan's measurements were spot on, and my table top counter is fantastic! The installers were on time, knowledgeable and polite. I went back and looked at remnants for my pantry, and was so lucky to find enough of a dark Silestone! Ruth was amazing to work with, once again, and the installation was equally pleasant. I can not recommend Mees any more highly.

I went to Mees Tile and Marble looking for ideas for a kitchen remodel. I went to the location to look into counter tops and was absolutely amazed at the selection. They stock so many colors that made the choices overwhelming. I was very pleased by the level of knowledge that the employees there had. The ladies in the showroom were accommodating and actually helped me to find a remnant that would work for my space.
Most companies would have tried to over sale and suggest items that were truly not needed. This was definitely not the case at Mees. After choosing my counter top material I was advised to go to their tile showroom and there were ladies that could provide design help to get my project completed. The ladies at the tile showroom were just as knowledgeable. I was able to get everything that I needed at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company for any remodel for tile and counter tops!

This place has no service skills at all, walked thru the ENTIRE showroom and was never acknowledged by the 10ish employees I passed, to include the old man that cut me off to grab a post and the receptionist at the entrance. Saw her twice. A damn shame, yall should be ashamed, but ur probably not. Oh well I shall spend my hard earned cashola elsewhere.#dummies

First off, I went there just to get a small 2 foot x 4 inch piece of marble to use as a shelf in my kids bathroom where we built a recessed & tiled area in the new walk in shower. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for but explained to the lady working at the counter what I needed. She helped me figure out all that I needed and took me back into their warehouse and let me pick my own piece!
It was super cool to get to do that and it was super cool of her to take the time to explain things to me and then let me pick my own piece. I always feel like when I need something small that people won't take the time with me but Mees did and I appreciate that. I will definitely be going back when I redo my master bathroom!

Just finished building a house and used Mee's Tile for all our tile and granite. We couldn't be happier with everything! Their prices are great, their salespeople (Becky and Libby) were so knowledgeable and patient with us, and their selection is huge! Would highly recommend to anyone building, remodeling, any project big or small. They also had a great remnant selection to find great bargains for smaller areas. Great company to work with!
