We had issues with the amount delivered which goes back to what the Advance sales people told us to order for our square footage. I highly recommend you figure out how much concrete you need by yourself and then order. Also, there is no one available to talk to about issues on a Saturday. I wish I'd known that because I would not have done the job on a Saturday. Afterward, working with customer service was no easy job.they didn't call me back for a month so I had to go in person to get someone to address me.
Once they did they were polite and took it seriously and worked with us. The concrete is good concrete and the delivery person did come on time to the job and was very friendly and nice.

Would have given 5 stars but they shorted me on concrete. We measured and measured again but was.44 cubic foot short. I bought 4 yards of concrete but got 3 yards! No help when I called back. Now I have to finish the job by hand. Shady is all I have to say, even the driver said 3 yards when talking to me. Shame shame shame. I feel like they do that just so you have to buy more. Never use them again!
