Worst cedar supplier in the metroplex. As a professional contractor who spends 10's of thousands in lumber per year I could not believe it when they told me that there were absolutely no returns on cedar 6x12 for warpage or cracks. Not only do they not return damaged materials but they also do not allow customers to choose or inspect their materials prior to pickup. 20 fork lift operators and only one unloads trucks- only truck here and I see multiple forklift guys just talking and chilling ride right by you like - THE GUY IS COMING (there fav line to say) Nightmare for truck deliveries

Won't let you buy a framing package without an account as well. They aren't accepting new accounts as well. Does anyone know of a lumber company that will sell you a building package without an account or willing to set up new account?

Poor customer service and TERRIBLY long wait times. Been here an hour and a half and still waiting. I tried to place an order before I left home and they said that would not help. I placed the order at home and they said I could just tell them my name when I got here. When I arrived they asked for who I talked to on the phone. They seemed frustrated that I didn't know. "Well, you didn't talk to me" is the response I got. They might have a good selection and price, but my time is more valuable than this.

Almost always have what I need. Best selection and price on cedar. Good customer service. long wait times. I have sat for 2 Hours waiting in the will call line to get one board. Bring your Netflix.

I just called to get prices on plywood and the rep was very rude. I wasn't sure what type of plywood I needed to order and they weren't helpful at all. Not consumer friendly company.

Great customer service from top to bottom. Very nice, helpful, didn't feel like I was being "sold" to. They were very accommodating and my transaction was easy and smooth. Upon delivery, we had a damaged board, which didn't seem unreasonable for a large order, and they were very quick to make it right and delivered a new one quickly as not to put the job behind. Highly recommend this company - much better than big box stores!

What sets this lumber yard apart from the others, Service, service and service. A knowledgeable sales team, a competent yard team, a delivery team that cares. The business bears the name of a pro football player, and he has taken the Coaching he received and made a great Business. If you ask him he will give all the glory to his team! Great Job Team!

When I was referred to Lee Roy Jordan Lumber by a composite decking manufacturer I was told "not all lumber yards are created equally". They were absolutely correct in that statement. Not only do they offer several brands of composite decking, they have samples of everything they offer onsite and outside so you can see what it will look like once installed (everyone else just has pictures online).

From the first contact, Aldo was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. We were keep informed of the status of our special order all along the way. The delivery driver (I didn't get his name) was amazing as well, placed a bundle of 40+ 20 foot long boards in our rear-alley driveway exactly where we needed them masterfully. Aldo was committed to making sure we were happy with the end product, definitely recommend LRJ Lumber for any lumber and specialty wood needs.

Lee Roy Jordan has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for us. Their customer service is by far the best! David and Manuel are stand up guys and definitely take care of their customers fully! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of lumber or cedar!

I've been buying from LRJ Lumber for years and have never had a bad experience with them. I use a lot of Ipe. Any questions or concerns regarding Ipe and they always have an answer for me. Garrett McFarland is my contact there but even when he is not there they all treat me like I am their customer.

This place is great. I can get all types of lumber here for any project. The guys are knowledgeable, and helpful. Even difficult to find supplies will be ordered and delivered to the job site. If you are in any type of contracting business, I recommend you get set up with Jordan Lumber to handle your need.
