Charles went beyond what I expected as far as he helping me with my issue. Great job.

Called customer service to confirm an item was in stock, I was told it was physically in stock. 5 days later it still has not shipped and finally they let me know they did not have it in stock and were waiting on the manufacturer to ship it, very dishonest. Would not recommend if you are on any sort of a schedule.

When my wife and I wanted to remodel our home we decided to put up real wood wainscoting in the dinning room. What a hassle it became. We couldn't find any product locally that would work and our contractor, who we loved, wanted a fortune to build it from scratch. Even a search online turned up few resources and the ones I did find were impossible to negotiate.

Just as I was going to give up I stumbled on AIC and gave them a call. Wow! I was blown away by Charles, the sales/design rep I talked to. He walked me through the entire process. It was absolutely painless. Once he had the measurements he took a couple of days to draw up the plans for the wainscoting, emailed me a set of detailed drawings with a complete materials list to share with my contractor and then expedited the order for me.

My contractor was amazed at the detail of the drawings, was even more amazed at the quality of the product when it arrived and was blown away when a couple of additional moldings and filler boards were required and AIC sent them out immediately and at no cost. I should also tell you that I am about 1500 miles away from AIC and the shipping process was wonderful.

Everything came in perfect condition. The final job is amazing. We love it and the Wainscoting absolutely steals the show. Every contractor who has been in to work on the house has noted how beautiful it is and has asked for our supplier. My wife and I are so happy that we took a chance like this I would tell anyone who is thinking about working with AIC to go ahead and feel secure in the decision.

3 years ago, I decided to cover up the ugly aluminum support pillars on our Lanai. I ordered the white column covers from AIC Millworks. They were shipped within days and I installed 3 of them the day they arrived. Very simple and to this day, they look like they just came out of the box. Great instructions and very simple to do yourself and the difference in appearence is unbeleivable. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family to spruce up the look of those ugly support poles! Keep up the great work folks. SB

I installed the Wainscoat in my master bath. Installation was easy and it looks great! I like having vinyl coating the walls to protect against moisture. I would highly recommend it.

I ordered mahogany wainscoting for a new office I was building. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and the quality of the product. Installation went without a problem and the finished product looks great. Would definitely order from AIC again!

I had a very bad experience with a builder who was taking my home from a small rancher to a two story. I was left with a building unfinished inside and out. I had no choice but to finish the building myself. When looking at the front porch, I knew it was going to be a challenge. Looking on the internet I found AIC and the top half of the columns I knew would be the fit I was looking for.

I made my own base's but he product I purchased could not have made my job easier. They were packed and shipped in perfect condition and the assembly was perfect by their instructions. I couldn't be more pleased.

I was seeking an inexpensive, relatively easy-to-apply, wall covering to spice up the look of my home's main bathroom. I discovered the PCV wainscoting offered by LLC and gave it the once over. It seemed like a perfect material for a room designed to deal moisture and with the upper and lower moldings it sure did look sharp. After reading the installation instructions and the specifications on the product I decided that I could probably install this stuff and that it would look pretty pro.

To cut to the chase, the installation was down-right easy. The instructions were clear and as long as you measure twice and cut once, it's pretty tough to screw this up. The results were just wonderful. Everyone who sees the bathroom remarks how attractive the wainscoting is. I even used some of the material for the end cap on the bathtub and it looks stellar.

I'll most certainly use AIC Millworks products again. The service was top-notch and the products were exactly as described. It's been six months since I installed the wainscoting and it looks perfect. It's been simple to clean and maintain. Big thumbs up to AIC Milworks. Thanks for a great product.

I've order from AIC three times.each time was a great transaction. They shipped quickly, the material arrived in perfect condition thanks to the their packing, and the price was excellent. I have used the bead-board on my boat and it looks terrific and stand up to the moisture in the environment.

AIC Millworks provided a fantastic product in their PVC bead board. It was easy to work with, shipped in a timely manner, and will be impervious to the effects of moisture in the tiny bathroom I installed it in.

We had a great experience with this company and Chuck walked me thru all the stages to be sure that all my questions and concerns were taken care of. The columns arrived in excellent condition and the quality was top notch. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more!
