Ramos Marble & Granite

Ramos Granite, has provided an awesome experience for 2 projects in my home thus far. Dilia was very attentive and understanding to my concerns and needs. I live over an hour away from their office, but feel as though they're right around the corner. So far I've had the pleasure of meeting 3 different groups of installers and all were very courteous, informative and well skilled. I highly recommend Ramos Granite and will be using them for ally future needs.

I was clear about my renovation plan and precise with drawings and photographs when I went to Ramos Tile for a new kitchen and bath countertop. but after waiting 2-3 months for installation, they disregarded my plan and I ended up with what I did not want. I wanted to keep my original mid-century pink kitchen sink. They were nervous about this, but didn't say they couldn't do it.

They mandated that I have a backup sink (drop-in) handy for installation. They sent two Spanish speaking guys to a job that needed expertise with a 1959 sink installation. Needless to say- I had to use the stainless drop-in sink because they couldn't figure it out and I was given no alternative. I later found out that my pick sink would have fit- if they hadn't over cut the corners in the quartz! Did I mention that they tried to sell me on accepting a seam in the middle of my counter height bar?

I had to help them figure out how to cut the slab so I didn't have to look at a seam all the time. AND they didn't even cut the counter right at the facility, so the guys had to trim it outside of my condo. This left the caulking at about a quarter inch thick! OH and the bathroom counter? They were afraid to remove the existing tile to install the new.

They dropped this part of the job after the kitchen debacle. Basically Ramos is a "slam bam no thank you mam" company. If you need creativity and problem solving- Home Depot would be better than Ramos (and yes, this is a low dig) Ramos Manager was nothing but defensive and did nothing to solve my dissatisfaction. Find another tile/stone company.

So I want to say that the installers go above and beyond to try and make you happy. I believe it was Mike on the first install who tried to get a blemish out of the quartz countertop they installed but it didn't work. Waited only a week for Ramos to cut another piece and install it by Danny and his helper. Again both were great with trying to please.

But unfortunately again the piece wasn't right. Spoke with Lee and he was very helpful and kind as well with trying to figure the best route to take now. They decided to take that piece back and cut another. I can't say enough about how nice everyone was with trying to help just wish I could get my counter done. I would give 5+ stars for service but 3 for fabrication.

Dilia and her associates are diligent in there work to make sure that they meet or beat your expectations on service. During my time getting my counter tops from Floor & Decor, we found out that it was discontinued. She promptly told me and gave me directions to the distributor of the quartz, who was able to procure some for my project. Therefore saving our designed plans. Very happy with Ramos marble and granite. My granite countertops are beautiful and the installation went very well. The gentleman Danny that did the install was very professional and very skilled. I would absolutely use this company again.

I absolutely loved my experience with Ramos Marble & Granite. I'll tell you right now, nobody will treat you better than Layla. She is fantastic. She took her time sifting through the miles of remnants with my wife and I until we found the perfect stone for a small project. Even though the project was small, she made us feel like we were her most important clients. I'm already making plans for my next project and won't hesitate to call Layla.

2nd time we used Ramos Marble and Granite. Once again we are very pleased from their customer service to the installers. My wife is always promoting them on the Neighborhood App. They have an awesome team and very fair price. You can't go wrong with them! Thanks to Gail and her team!

I want to thank the entire team from sales to install. The moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by Layla who addressed our million questions with professionalism. Gail and Whitney added great input and support as well. We were also impressed with Stephanie's flexibility around scheduling as we had many cabinet-install delays. TJ's detailed templating and lesson on how to care for quartz was invaluable especially since we were replacing granite. The install team upheld Ramos' high standards both in their precision and artistry. Thank you one and all!

My bathrooms just went from dull & boring to bright & stunning! Everything about the Ramos experience was wonderful. The staff is very helpful & gave great assistance in helping me with my Quartz decision & working to keep the costs down. The installers were professional, efficient & very respectful of the space they had to work in. I highly recommend Ramos, you can't go wrong!

Let me start by starting saying they deserve more than just 5 stars. Layla worked with me on having a piece of granite cut for bathroom back splash. Considering I was not really buying the granite from them, nor using them for any services, they still provided the upmost, and outstanding customer service. Very professional from the moment I dropped off my piece of granite till the timeI picked it up. Highly recommend.

Did an unbelievable job in the kitchen had the Quartz counter tops and bar done. The quality of the product and the workmanship on the counter tops and installation was superb. There was an issue when they unboxed the sink it had a small dent not their fault from the manufacturer. They even agreed to come on a Sunday to install a new sink. Would definitely recommend top notch.

We bought kitchen cabinets at Lowe's and granite. Ramos Marble and Granite came to install the granite. The Installers were very messy. First after taking templates for the kitchen sink is still cut it wrong. They had to pull it off and place it again. Second they chipped the granite in 3 places while installing. Third they refused to give me credit for the chipped granite. The installers were very messy left glue all over and scratched my new kitchen cabinets.

Thank you for making our kitchen & bath complete with beautiful Quartz countertops. This company aims to please. We were very happy we chose them to do the job. No complaints here except the wait time to have it installed. THey are busy but worth the wait.

We had such a phenomenal experience with Gail Grafton at Ramos Marble & Granite. My husband and I were building a new home and had been provided 3 options for countertop fabricators by our builder. After discussion with and consideration of each, we decided on Ramos and are so happy with our decision. There was admittedly a lack of return calls and emails at the very beginning, but once we got the ball rolling, everything was smooth sailing.

Their prices are competitive and service is fantastic. When I got to our house the Friday of Memorial Day weekend knowing the countertops had been installed and saw that a polished steel grey granite had been installed when the only selection that remained constant from day one was leathered steel grey granite, I threw myself into a tizzy. Tuesday morning, Gail was on it and said she knew we wanted the leathered finish but it somehow didn't make it onto our proposal, so they would swap out the countertops at their expense.

Now THAT is customer service. We have a combination of quartz and granite throughout our home (mostly quartz) and were fortunate that Ramos had a good selection of remnant pieces for our smaller rooms. Overall, I cannot recommend Ramos (and particularly Gail) more enthusiastically.

We used Ramos Marble & Granite Inc for a recent kitchen renovation and were VERY happy with the quality and service provided to us through the whole process: from Gail and Whitney's expertise and great customer service from the moment we stepped into the showroom door, to Vic Ramos himself coming to template the counter areas, to the layout tech taking the time to layout the counter areas to show off the best of the granite, to the installers excellent job and expertise in the final installation - from template to install was less than 10 business days! We would definitely recommend RMG to anyone looking for beauty, quality & service in their granite or marble needs.
