So far they have been excellent. Helped with understanding what we needed and produced a design and BOM for their items (wood from another supplier). We will see how the follow-up when we actually purchase., but see no reason to be concerned. The people we VERY friendly and helpful.

These are great guys who really are there to help. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and take the time to work with you while you're staring at the ceiling going "ok, I have 16 pilings and 12 of them are in 5' of water, while four are in 8' so I'm going to need." I'm so glad they're local.
