Super people who pay attention to detail. Installers showed up on time and were diligent in their work. They were two young men who expressed a mutual bonding as they were nothing but jovial as they worked. I had just painted the room they were here to lay linoleum and was asked if I would like them to paint the side trim with the same paint I had used for the walls. That was an unusual and thoughtful request which told me I had chosen the right business for the job.

I had a total of three rooms done in my house on separate occasions. Each time, communication, scheduling and installation were top notch.

Be careful when you shop here as you may have to argue your way thru their work. I had five rooms they did for me and had a problem with the wood floor and they blamed it on my dog. Really. They were supposed to fix it and now it has been years. Don't want them back in my house. By the way the problem with the wood floor had the same problems in other places also and my dog is no longer with us. I guess he is doing it from dog heaven.

Carpet Depot has an amazing collection of tile and flooring. They are family owned and Terri, who is one of the owners, is very knowledgeable. She is also very friendly and energetic. The work they did, bathrooms, kitchen and all flooring is just right - no issues. She has experts doing her installations.

I purchased laminate flooring at Carpet Depot in Bushnell, FL. The owners of the company, Terry and Mallory took the time to answer any questions I had. They have excellent customer service skills, knowledgeable and very patient answering any questions. I am planning on putting in laminate flooring in my 2 guest bedrooms and I am definitely going to purchase it from Carpet Depot. The product was also delivered on time and in excellent condition.
