The woman at the front desk clearly lacks customer service and communication skills. My mother asked simple questions such as the difference between two garage door opener products since there was a price difference and the woman did not know. Instead of finding out, she just left it at that. When an appointment was made for the company to install the new garage door system, my mother requested the afternoon of the day they said was available.

Nothing was mentioned that only a morning visit was available for that day. The day before the visit, the company called to say that they could go in the am since there was a cancellation and again my mother said that her original appointment time 1:30-3:30p worked best and she wanted to keep the original time. The company supposedly came out the next day in the am when my mother was not home.

No message left on door or phone stated they came by and my mother only found out as her neighbor saw the truck. My mother called the next day and the woman who answered had no response and only stated that a new appointment can be made which would not be until over a month later. If a simple installation time was not communicated thoroughly then I would hate to see how repairs are handled.

WELL VERY NICE PLACE AND PEOPLE BUT I PURCHASED MY ELECTRIC GARAGE DOOR FROM THEM SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND NOW THAT I NEED A NEW KEYPAD AND REMOTES FOR MY DOOR THEY SAY THAT THEY CAN'T GET THEM THEY ARE DISCONTINUED OUTDATED. THAT'S TERRIBLE BECAUSE IT'S A FINE DOOR AND OPENER JUST A BAD KEYPAD AND THEY COULDN'T HELP ME.

Had windows put in by them seven yrs. ago and they are guaranteed for 10 yrs. They replaced three of them because they got bad streaks in them. Told me if anymore went bad I would have to contact the company myself. Well guess what: another one has gone bad. If ROMAC has a bad time with the company: how do you think I will make out.

Quality products phenomenal customer service. Definitely the place to go for your next project.

Cannot really say anything about the services and products that they offer, I was just there to make a delivery of assorted building products although the people who I came into contact with were helpful and professional

Will not stand behind the product they sell, when we were unhappy with the door insert we asked what our options were. They responded with pay your bill immediately or we will turn you over to a collection agency! When we complained to the CEO he was arrogant and bullying!

5 stars are given to Dan of RoMac. He was very professional and customer oriented, knowledgeable and friendly. His promptness was undeniable and we would recommend him to anyone needing garage door assistance. Thanks for your help, Dan. You are an asset to your Organization.

We had a miserable experience with another garage door repair company, so we checked Facebook and friends referred us to Romac. I didn't even know they did garage door repair. They booked a same-day appointment for me with a 3-6pm window. Driver showed up a few hours early, analyzed the situation with our garage door, and went to work solving the issue.

I watched him the whole time: He was polite, gentle with my door, and knew exactly what he was doing because within about 40 minutes he had it sliding up and down the tracks just like new. He spent another couple of minutes tightening and tuning things. He adjusted the door opener and was done inside an hour. There was no BS "appointment fee". The technician was polite, showed up early, and did a good job fixing my door.

I don't feel like they raked me over the coals on pricing either. I'm not sure what more you could ask for. Romac delivered where other garage door companies in the area fell flat on their faces.

We had a bedroom window in our 17 year old home in The Villages that we have not been able to easily open or close for 3 years. It appeared to be "off track" and I could not personally get it closed, if I did manage to open it, which was difficult to do. My husband kept insisting we would have to replace the window. I urged him to call our handyman, who suggested we call RoMac.

A very courteous young man named James Bowen arrived exactly on time and completely fixed the window within 15 minutes, using parts he had in his truck for under $125 - best money spent in a while! Since all of our windows seem to have the black rubber sealing them between the double-pane windows coming loose and sliding down, I asked James about that while he was here.

He told me our double sealed glass windows could be replaced with new, better windows, making them new without needing to replace the entire window, at a much lower and more reasonable cost than a total replacement. At my request, he measured all our windows to have the office send us an estimate. I ABSOLUTELY would not hesitate to call them again or have them replace our window glass, in lieu of new windows! AAA+ service!

We have two sets of 7.5' tall sliding doors in our new home. The installation was a little off and they didn't close correctly. Clinton and Jeff came to repair them and did an amazing job. I didn't think they could be fixed but after removing and adjusting them, they work perfectly. Great job guys. Thank you.

The home we purchased had door installed by RoMac. There was a ding in the door so I contacted the company via phone and was pleasantly greeted who gathered my information and was so pleasant while doing so. An appointment was scheduled and within 48 hours the representative, Craig came to assess the situation. Craig was exceptional and without issue noted he would order the new panel and when it arrived he would return to install it.

Sure enough I received a call and he came out and installed the panel. I cannot say enough good about this company. Its always the staff that make any business and certainly Craig is one that makes this company one I would never hesitate to use in the future. Thank you Craig.

We purchased new windows, for our manufactured home, from RoMac Building Supply. The entire experience was pleasant and professional. From the initial ordering, to the remeasuring for accuracy (thanks David R.), to the final delivery all went like clockwork. We installed the windows ourselves and the windows were all a perfect fit. My service associate Dan, came to look at my garage door as the motor had been struck by lighting. He schedule my apt for two days later which was fine with me. To my surprise, he was able to come back that same day And bring a new motor. Installation went great and he was a great guy to work with. I could have waited but I could not have lifted up my garage door to get in and out. So, he knew that and made arrangements to come back the same day.

What a great service technician and he was so kind. I give him more than 5 stars because his first though was for me rather then his schedule. Thank you Dan. All the best. Jean DeVito.

We are in an older home with a single car automatic garage door. Gentleman came to the house and affirmed what we knew. We needed the springs replaced. He said he'd have to order the parts. Never heard from them again! I guess this job would'nt have made them enough money to bother. Non-existent customer service! Know they're out for the big bucks.

I have to give a big thank you and shut out to the service Tech that was sent out by the name of Will whose quick arrival and even quicker repair work on my garage door made it to where we got back to Orlando before rush hour began. Also thank you Ro-Mac for hiring such amazing people as your staff. When your services are ever needed again we are requesting Will.

Great at selling their products, but when you have a problem with something -- they are absolutely no help in repairing or replacing. beware when you buy and need their help when a product fails, they don't want to even know you.
