Unfortunately this company was used for a new build home (Pulte homes). First, the completely installed the tile incorrectly (Subway vs herringbone), and had to remove and redo. Then they left chipped/cracked tiles and missing grout. When they finally returned, they didn't have the correct material to replace all tiles and just wanted to patch cracks with grout.
They also didn't bring the correct color grout. They returned again and said they would use caulk instead of grout. I told them to return when you have the correct material. I do not recommend this company unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

Shaw delivery truck chose to drive down the wrong side of the road as I was pulling out of animal hospital with elderly dog in suv. By stopping quick to avoid this jerk, elderly dog fell to floor board. Then driver chose to throw in his hands as oh well. I won't be purchasing tile from your company due to unprofessional delivery people.

These guys are amazing. Great work, professional, clean, and clear communication. Would absolutely recommend. They removed and installed new tile in my master bathroom. I would not recommend this company at all but unfortunately in a new build neighborhood we are stuck with them. Lennar in Connerton has Great Britain Tile as their tile installers. We put in a request through warranty to have our back splash and grout in bathrooms repaired and it was just covered up with caulk/sealant. There are big gaps in the backsplash and caulking it did not fix the issue, the tiles need to be replaced and reworked. Philippe did an awful job and unfortunately we have to go through them again to hopefully fix the problems correctly. If you are not trapped under any warranty, do not choose this company.

This was my first time selecting tile and initially I wanted a certain size and look. Kim was helping me and she was extremely patient and very helpful. She showed me tiles that were outside of what I thought I wanted but then I really liked the different style. The tile was more expensive but way better quality and it has made a huge difference in my bathroom. I was on a tight time schedule and the tile arrived exactly when she said it would. Everyone was very helpful when calling. Thank you for all your help

Great Britain Tile was an excellent company to work with! They did a new floor install for us. The materials arrived in a timely manner and they installed the following week. The install was done in a very efficient time frame and they look WONDERFUL! The whole team was incredible and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have some work done.
