I absolutely love my tile wood look floors and the bathroom remodel is better than I even expected. His team does great work and I appreciate the attention to detail. Yeager & Company did an incredible job! I highly recommend this company for all flooring needs! We had hardwood and carpet installed on the entire upper level, including 16 stairs. Defects in the wood itself were detected only after installation. Diligent efforts were made by Mr. Yeager and his team.including outside specialists testing samples, salesman Mike staying on top of the situation with frequent visits and communication, and the most efficient installers leveraging years of knowledge and experience.to correct the problem.

In the end, with no support from the manufacturer, Yeager & Company installed our new floor choice over the defective floor AT THEIR EXPENSE! Wow! Five Stars! That is what I call commitment to customer satisfaction! Beautiful workmanship, beautiful floor!

The wood floors throughout our condo were damaged due to water. Yeager Flooring was instrumental in walking us through the insurance process and connecting us with an appraiser to work with the insurance company and double the amount they initially gave. Yeager was very flexible in sliding the dates to redo our floors once the insurance process finally played out.

They did the entire demo of the old floor in a day and then laid down cork sound barrier and tile. The floor turned out gorgeous! The only issue we had through the process was that the glass top on our brand new induction stove was damaged; Yeager sent out an appliance repair guy and replaced the entire top without reservation. They made the entire process manageable and approachable.

All of their people were friendly and professional. Their work is exquisite. They addressed any issues that came up and made things right. I have no issues recommending Yeager Flooring to others and we will use them again in the future!

Jim and his team are awesome. I asked them to come out for a few quotes on a new home I had purchased. I got quotes for continuing the tile in rooms that had laminate, as well as leveling a shower that had not been sloped properly by prior homeowner. Not only did they give quotes for the job, but also made lower-cost recommendations for things I could do to save money since the home was quickly becoming a money pit. I don't hesitate to call them if I need an honest and affordable quote from a contractor.

Had Yeager Flooring do a complete renovation of our Master Bathroom. All craft employees and subcontractors were excellent. Outstanding workmanship and professionalism. From dated, dingy and dysfunctional to modern, clean and well-appointed. Yeager brought my vision to life. The laundry room felt confined, dark and lacked hanging space. To accommodate the desired changes, all measurements had to be precise. Yeager ensured all materials that were chosen by the homeowner met high quality and durability standards. The smaller cabinet was built up to bring quartz countertops across the top of the dryer to make room for more folding space. Robin was hands-on and very responsive.

When the initial quote from a quartz fabricator came in very high, she assisted in researching other fabricators for a better price. This freed up resources for future projects. She showed up to the job to make sure the right cabinets were being installed and the team had everything they needed. Rich, the General Contractor, was calm and innovative.

He recommended using four cabinets to maximize storage and functionality. He quickly approved any homeowner choices for fixtures to ensure compatibility with cabinets and overall design. His guidance with his team was calm, direct and effective. Yeager's teamwork resulted in a wow factor when entering into the laundry room. We're looking forward to remodeling our master bathroom next with the Yeager Team!

Over five years ago, I chose Yeager Flooring after spending months searching for a flooring company I was comfortable with. A friend recommend Yeager and once I met Jim Yeager I knew his company was the right one. His team removed all the old tile flooring and carpet throughout most of our home. What a great job they did and the floors still look amazing.

So when we were looking to remodel our bathroom, of course I called Yeager. Haven, a design consultant with Yeager came to our home, got ideas on what we wanted to accomplish and provided a detailed quote of the project. She did a spectacular job in designing and helping us pick out all the materials, tile, vanity, lighting, etc. for our new bathroom.

We were also assigned Rich as our Project Manager, who was great to work with and keep our job on track. One thing about Rich that really impressed me was he always answered his phone every time I called, even on the weekends. Yeager's construction teams are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They did an outstanding job in every detail including keeping dust to a minimum throughout the rest of our home. Yeager did everything that was committed and ensured we were 100% satisfied with our new bathroom. I highly recommend working with Yeager and Haven on any of your home remodeling needs.

My husband and I had Yeager Flooring install LVP in the whole house and was very pleased so much that we had them come back to install porcelain tile in our lanai. Mr. Yeager and his awesome team truly stand behind their products and workmanship.

Whole process flawless. From consultation to 1, 600 squarefeet of bedroom space in 5 bedrooms de-carpeted, prepped and new floor laid in under a week. Installers were the epitome of courteous proffesionals. They check with us, and gave us options every step of the way. If you've seen my other reviews or Google reviews, it's clear that I can be stingey with star allowance. However, I can't find one legitimate critique for this company. Give them a call! You will be glad you did.

Yeager Flooring did a phenomenal job on my kitchen floor. They were very reliable every step of the way. First, Jim came out when he said he would to look at my kitchen, and give me a quote. The quote was reasonable, so I accepted. Then his crew showed up the day he said they would, and work commenced. The first thing they did was lay down protective covering over my wood floors from my door to my kitchen, so the floors stayed protected the entire time.

To say they found some issues with my existing kitchen floor is an understatement. It was a wreck; water damage, rotting wood, tile laid on top of vinyl flooring laid on top of terrazzo - yikes! Jim and his crew sent pictures of what they were discovering every step of the way, and were quick to reassure me it could all be repaired. In addition to pulling up the damaged flooring, they also replaced some drywall that had mold on it from the previous water damage.

Once the tiling started, it went super quick. I love how meticulous the tile layer was; making sure tiles were equally spaced, making sure the new floor was level with existing floors, and finally, having the new thresholds match my existing pine floors. All in all they did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be using their services again on both my bathrooms.

Had some major installation issues with the previous contractor that did our floors. Contacted Yeager Flooring and Jim gave an informed recommendation on the best course of action to correct the issues. His crew came in and did an amazing job. They were extremely professional and displayed remarkable attention to detail and craftsmanship. Would recommend Yeager to anyone looking for a job done the right way.

Had them come and give estimates twice in the past few years. Never received an estimate despite being told I would. Both times, the person who came to give the estimate seemed uninterested. I'm not sure what their criteria is to actually give an estimate but both jobs would most likely cost thousands so Yeager would have made out well!

Oh my gosh. These people are amazing at customer service. I entered without an appointment looking for a specific type of tile. Mr. Bud Yaeger bent over backwards trying to find the tile for me. He couldn't of done more and it wasn't even a sure sale. I would highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing flooring. They seem like a good family business. The ladies working in the office were very nice as well and I had my seven-year-old son with me.

When we moved into our new home in Tampa, we knew we would need to replace the floors. It wasn't long until we found Yeager on Yelp and then their incredible reputation on every single other platform. Yeager Flooring is the best contractor/ local business I have ever hired. Everyone from the office, to the delivery, to the installers, to Jim Yeager himself, has been professional, polite, prompt, honest, and helpful. We needed new flooring and drywall repairs after a different company significantly damaged our home from a water leak accident. The difference between the two companies was night and day!

I just finished having my floors installed today. Yeager was an awesome company to work with, and the team they sent was quick, efficient, friendly and very detail oriented. The floors look fantastic--I couldn't be happier!

From start to finish this company was top notch. This job was for my son's home. Had to have all flooring removed and replaced due to a flood. Vinny showed up on time for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. We immediately made an appointment for them to take on the job. Pricing was not the lowest, but average.

We were emailed the contract and exactly what to expect. Called the day before with time they were due out. The start and finish dates were exactly as stated. They ran into a small problem regarding what was under flooring they removed. It cost an additional charge to have paint and tile etc. removed with a machine. We were told ahead of time there may be extra charges. Informed before they started the extra work of the cost and time factor etc.

After each step everything was vacuumed and left neatly. My son had many questions prior to starting the job, Vinny was very kind and patient with all of us! All office staff a delight to talk to. Always very helpful. In the 27 years of owning several homes and having repairs and flooring done, we have never had such a smooth easy process! We appreciated everyone of you that we dealt with during various stages of the job. My son is thrilled with the tile job. It looks amazing! Thank you again, we will be life long customers and referring Yeager any chance we get!

No work was done. I set up an appointment for someone from Yeager to come out at 530pm. I have a tenant in my condo so they were meeting him at my condo at that time. Susan Yeager called me at 545pm to tell me that my tenant wasn't there and was he coming. I told her that he was but he must have ran into traffic because he was coming home from work.

She asked me to provide me his cell phone number. I told her that I won't be able to do that because when I've done this in the past with other contractors they remove me from the loop and I am the owner. So I can't do that. Susan then said to me, should I just let my husband stand there with his thumb up his butt and wait for your tenant? I said woah, what? Then Susan Yeager hung up on me.

After finding unexplained moisture in a small section of my wood floors, I reached out to Yeager Flooring to assess the damage and provide an estimate for repair. They showed up on time, did an initial inspection, and helped put me in touch with the right professionals to investigate the cause. When no one could definitively determine the cause of the damage, Jim Yeager (the owner) drove an hour to my house on a Saturday to personally assist with the investigation.

He carefully documented the damage, and provided detailed instructions on how to present the evidence to my insurance company to ensure a fair outcome. Not surprisingly, insurance initially rejected my claim. When it looked like I would receive no compensation for the damage (and when most companies would probably lose interest in a small repair job) Jim persisted.

He came back to my house multiple times, spoke by phone with the insurance company on my behalf, and made himself available by phone, text, and email to answer questions day and night. When it was all said and done, the insurance company reversed their decision and offered to pay for new flooring for the entire house! Jim's persistence literally resulted in tens of thousands of dollars of work being covered by insurance!

When it came time for the work, the Yeager Flooring team showed up on time each day, and worked late into the evening to stay on schedule when unexpected complications came up. The crew was professional, courteous, and responsive, and the floors look amazing! This is a top-notch company that takes pride in their work, with an owner (Jim) that takes a personal interest in helping his customers, a salesperson (Vinny) who is prepared, patient, and easy to work with, and an office staff (Beth, Deb, Phaedra, and the entire team) that is knowledgeable and friendly. We recently ordered new carpet flooring from Yeager after our home flooded. Mike was extremely friendly to work with in the store and even came out to our home with samples to help us match the new carpet to some of our older flooring. There was a slight hiccup with the manufacturer shipping our carpet late (something Yeager could not control) and instead of pushing back our install date Jim Yeager went way above and beyond, sending one of his guys way out of town to pickup our carpet and bring it back so it could be installed as scheduled.

The installers were on-time, very friendly/professional and paid great attention to detail. It was a drastically different experience compared to what we saw when replacing carpet with a different company 3 years ago. They've earned themselves a customer for life! Highly recommended.
