If you are willing to work, willing to listen to instruction, this facility is one of the best companies to work for here in North East Ohio. From team leaders to management itself, I have never worked for such an awesome business. There is NO negative treatment from management and they are far more than willing to help anyone become the best they can be at the job.

There is no such thing as a dumb question, and there is no such thing as a bad time to learn at MFG in Ashtabula Ohio. From HR to floor management, you are treated with respect and integrity. Even quality control will stop what they are doing in the blink of an eye to offer guidance to help eliminate scrap and maximize production. This is the ONLY factory job I have ever had where I could not wait to clock in and get to work.

Being happy to go to work is extremely powerful in creating excellent employee moral. MFG fully understands that workers are vital and employees are treated as an extremely vital component. I have witnessed NO yelling, and NO abuse of any sort from any team leader or member of management. I fully recommend MFG to anyone who wants a job where they are treated with complete respect.

They even initiated a part time program for those who are unable to pull 40 hour shifts. There are seldom few factories who can make that claim. I simply love working for this company. And I LOVE being able to say that with complete honesty.

Bad people and chemical that you work around cause cancer but they don't care. Because if you die they'll just get another slave to work. Don't be a victim and save yourself before it's to late. If you work there right now ask God for forgiveness because you'll die there and you dont wanna go to hell. Even though technically you're already there. Don't be a slave. You deserve better than this. You weren't born to be like this. Help yourself before it's too late. Youve been warned.
