I like the quick installment and how nice the blinds look in my house. They were also able to work around my busy schedule, which I appreciated a lot. The blinds were affordable and they give a little more privacy in my house. I would definitely recommend them.

I am using Design House to replace carpet and put in hardwood floors. They had to match the hardwood I already had in my Livingroom and they did it perfectly! Great place to use. I highly recommend this company!

Recently used The Design House to remodel a bathroom and install flooring in two bedrooms. Kelsey Tieken was our designer and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Kelsey was instrumental and professional in assisting us in the selection of materials and the entire design concept. Design is not our strong point and Kelsey's skills made up for our lack of design sense.

She made the process flow smoothly with fabulous results. Meagan Nelson handled all the scheduling and logistics expertly and was always available to resolve scheduling issues. All after the fact issues were handled promptly. The entire staff works as a cohesive unit. The Master bath project is next on the agenda.

B experience using The Design House as a contractor for master bathroom, guest bathroom remodel- 3 month project 1. Professionalism is lacking from employees, not business overall. 2. Communication is hectic and confusing; employee roles are not firmly established and customer receives information from multiple employees that is not consistently alined. 3.

Design experience is open to your ideas, not pushy with expensive products and positive with the right designer- Terri Lukic 4. Products are quality. You can spend as much or as little as you set your budget. 5. Contractors are 50/50 in their ability and experience. There are some that hold high expectations for their employees and other that do not and will repeatedly show sub-par work.

Please support small businesses. This was our mindset going into interviews for contractors. However, ask the tough questions, look at reviews, and do not feel you are being the "hard customer" when work is not done to your satisfaction. All business have room for growth. The Design House is continuing to grow and we hope honest reviews such as ours will be considered when a business is seeking to truly improve.

We have worked with the Design House for multiple projects over the years. We have been pleased with the finished product and would recommend their service for your projects big or small.

Terri and everyone at Design House were great. So easy to work with and very helpful. I would highly recommend them. I was nervous going to a design shop but they couldn't have been nicer and the prices were very reasonable.

Terri was great to work with. We had our backsplash done in white subway tile. Their customer service was great when we had a few small issues pop up after installation. Terri called and came by our house to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

The experience that I had with Carpet Plus was wonderful! I loved working with Cindy! She was so patient with helping me select wood floors for my whole house. She came to my house twice with samples in addition to me coming to the store two or three times. Cindy is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for color! Everything was done in the time frame that was promised.

My husband and I built our home in 1996. Our home, upstairs and downstairs, greatly needed updating, but we also wanted to create a totally new downstairs. We had general ideas of moving walls, changing room entrances, adding a built-in entertainment center - MAJOR renovations. Loved everything about the experience and service while having 4 bathrooms remodeled! Cindy Platt was the best, so knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible while planning and during renovations (even when I kept adding on projects). They have a HUGE selection of products, and she was able to guide us when selecting materials. All of the service crews were top notch in workmanship, accountability, and service. Having a one-stop shop for all products (cabinets, tile, glass, flooring, plumbing, electrical, etc.) was such a relief. We have used Carpets Plus for both of our home remodel projects. The first remodel was in 2013 and was our master bath remodel. The second was the rest of our home. This included our kitchen, guest bathroom, floor replacement, installation of can lights. etc. - that occurred in 2014. We recently decided to have our engineered wood floors in the kitchen and breakfast nook taken out and tile installed. Susan Liebler was very helpful in measuring, coming out to check on the work, and making this as easy as possible. My husband has bone cancer, and is very fatigued and weak, so Susan and her crew worked as quickly as possible to get the job well done. They were excellent to work with, and very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend Carpets Plus and Susan to take care of your remodeling needs.

I told the designer what I wanted in my new bathroom and she guided me through my choices and made an overwhelming problem (for me) simple. I choose the marble for the counter tops, porcelain tile for the shower, accent trim and vinyl plank in the store. I went to a plumbing supply store to check out fixtures and bathtubs and gave the designer my choices.

At this point she was able to give me an accurate estimate for the work. I choose a start date and everything was on site before any demo started. I was given a schedule on what work would be done on which day. Everything was scheduled for one trade to follow another with no wasted time. My designer was available for questions at any time and was responsive and came to the house several times to check on progress.

Everything went as planned and I have a beautiful new bathroom. The colors are simple and elegant. I am hopeless at visualizing the big picture, but I trusted the designer and she really nailed it

PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Call and ask for Susan! We recently did a complete kitchen remodel and all new floors in our house. The customer service was outstanding. Susan called us daily and kept us in the loop with all processes and who to expect when. When I had questions, she was quick to answer my calls or returned calls promptly. For such a large demolition inside my house, I could not have had it gone any smoother.

From the very beginning spending several hours over a couple trips to their showroom picking out colors and materials, to the end product, Susan was exceptionally patient with us. We did a whole house "update" two years ago this summer using Carpet's Plus. The project involved total painting of the interior, carpet upstairs, kitchen and bath countertops, new faucets, backsplashes, entry porch tile, french doors, installation of new appliances and sinks, and several glass cabinet doors. Since the project had many overlapping layers we were delighted to have Cindy from Carpet's Plus assigned to coordinate the entire remodel.

The budget and timeline she played out for us was accurate. She paid attention to the details and was on site almost daily. We felt that she cared as much for our remodel as if it were her own home. I have used Carpets Plus for two projects - bathroom and kitchen. I have to say that Susan Leibler designed my dream kitchen! She was so professional and friendly throughout the entire project. Susan was very adept at managing crew scheduling, interfacing with suppliers and keeping communication lines open from first to last. I came in with a sample of carpet from my living room. I wanted to match it. Susan was able to help me very quickly. She also went over the selections of granite. I came in the next day with a cabinet door and tile sample from my kitchen. Susan provided me with several samples to take home to decide on. She came later that week to measure for the carpet and counter tops.

She provided me a reasonably comparable quote for both. We scheduled the installation. Granite installers came and did the templates for the counter tops. Later that next week, Susan called about the granite I chose. They did not have enough for the project. She invited me to see the current inventory with the appropriate amount. I found a better one and she honored the previous quote. Susan scheduled the projects on consecutive days.

They did the granite first. The guys that came kept a close eye on minimizing damage to the cabinets and walls. They did a great job and completed the job the same day. The next day was the carpet installation. I would have to say the installers were quick and very professional. I am very impressed with the quality of work and the level of detail and customer service. Thank you Susan and installers there at CARPETS PLUS Flooring, Design and Renovation in Denton Texas.

We've recently done a complete home remodeling project. Thanks to the great tile flooring services/products of Carpets Plus Design Flooring, our job was accomplished on time and with white glove service. Our bath tile is gorgeous, the carpet feels and looks great, and the wood foyer is the first beautiful area our visitors see as they enter our home.
