Bayland Inc., originated in the early 70's by James "Jim" Moses, who continued to run the company until his death in 2019. Today, Bayland Inc. continues to run quality custom extruded products adhering to the same quality standards and "No Problem" moto that Jim established. The company's employees, several with 20+ years experience, remain committed to producing the highest quality custom products that Bayland's customers have come to rely on.
Services
The wall thickness of a core is determined by the required crush strength of an application and the material the core is being produced from. Our capabilities run from the thinnest wall on our smaller cores to a thickness of your choice on 3 and above. Extruded cores can be manufactured with a key(s), keyway(s), fins, grooves, or it can be notched as a secondary operation.
Bayland Inc. applies rigid standards for each job to ensure customer satisfaction of a quality, durable and expected product by embedding quality control into production. Continual, on-line Quality checks are performed and recorded by operators throughout the job process. This Quality Report data is then reviewed daily by shop managers to further ensure our customers receive a high-quality product.
