Alamo Stone

I recently purchased flagstone, decomposed granite, and nanopave jss from Alamo Stone, for a patio, and ran into a few problems during installation. I called Alamo Stone and talked to Michael, one of the salesman to help me solve my installation problems. Michael was one of the most professional, respectful, and simply most helpful person that I could possibly have ran into to help solve my problem.

Because of Michael's professionalism and helpfulness, and actually someone caring to solve my problem, I highly recommend Alamo Stone in Sugarland TX to anyone looking for Stone. A truly first class operation!

Visited this location today after my yard man had sent me some photos for some new garden border, I tried to find it to no avail luckily an employee by the name of michael asked if I needed help, identified my pictures and was also able to help me with two other options and gave me samples so I could see at my house. Thank you Alamo stone we will be purchasing soon!

I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but had several ideas. They went out of their way on a busy day to help me. Their showroom and selection was enormous. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

It seems they don't care to contact back clients who are interested on custom orders. Emailed 3 weeks ago and proactivity us not their forte. Asked to send pictures n measurements with no answer till a week later when I called asking for explanation. Replied back asking for an estimate and no answer whatsoever. Go to another company who cares. I contacted the manager J Jana who said will help me and still didn't do anything. Waited another month, sent emails follow ups and nothing.

I finally got a new estimate twice the price from the original. contacted again in January (this is since November) and never replied back. I gave you too many opportunities to fix this. I can send you all the emails to prove J Kana didn't want to help me on this massive order

Very nice stone yard. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Gave great recommendations for quality masonry and stone ideas. Found pricing even better than other smaller yards and they delivered exactly what I bought.which another stone yard didn't.

Just visited this location. My husband and I spent time outside in the blazing heat searching for the perfect stone for our custom home we're building only to step inside the sales office and NOT be acknowledged by the three people sitting behind the counter area. All three just sat and barely looked up! Not acceptable! Horrible customer service. Perhaps we weren't the customers they wanted "to serve ". Very disappointed!

The biggest selection of stone I have ever seen. Great customer service, walked me through the entire process and was very pleased with my purchase. We will be back!
