With this goal in mind, we have grown from a regional two person operation to one with multiple locations and international distribution.

Kurt Joyce what bold face liar. Sold me a product that did not work. Proceeded to tell me that he could not refund me but that I could go to the actual manufacture of the product to get a refund. What a waste of time they proceed to take my information claim said they would send me a refund. After 6-8 weeks. Its been 2.5 -3 months And lo and behold nothing.

As an 8 year customer this business has gone above and beyond to keep me stocked with everything I need as a refinisher. Garret does an amazing job helping me keep my business going. I appreciate all their customer service he has provided me from the Irving location. Not to mention great turbine repair out in Haslett. 5 Star rating from my Company!

Over all i have had a great experience with the irving location. Garrett such a great guy and is always there to help with anything we need i have a call several time to place orders and he has them ready to pick up as soon as we arrive to the location. And he is great with everyone that comes in to the store. will definitely recommend the store and him.

Bought a Graco Finish Pro HVLP 9.0 Pro Contractor from Garrett.(sales mananger) He took care of me on getting the best price while competing with other online stores. I got the unit the next day shipped to my door. Overall, my experience with them and the customer service was outstanding. Upon receiving my unit, there were some small scratches on the HVLP gun from shipping, Graco and my sales rep immediately sent me out a new gun. No questions asked.
