Our April 2021 Oberfields' Lexington paver project with Raymond Builders Supply of Geneva, OH, was beyond wonderful where we had many interactions and lots of opportunity for something to hiccup, starting with our sales associate (Harold), the owner (Greg), admin staff, yard material handler (Doug), and delivery/lift operator (Eric). Our search for suitable pavers began and ended at Raymond's-after seeing an a display on the premises of the Lexington granite paver in the pattern (Muster K) that we used, discovery to our surprise that everything we needed, including all of the OH manufactured pavers were on hand for immediate delivery from Geneva in the size-mix (75% large, 25% medium), quantity (initially 1000 sf), and color (granite) of our choosing, along with ample polymeric sand, snap edges and spikes to ensure a sturdy installation.

One quality control item to us that was striking with Oberfields/Raymond product was the complete absence of damaged material! The last paver project from different sources at our previous out of state home had a 25% reject rate for pavers damaged due to some manufacture/shipment/handling shortcomings. Within days of the project beginning as the product and contractor (Hernandez Construction, Painesville) were a compelling combination, our project grew in scope.

We could not be more pleased with the outcome. With Raymond representatives from top to bottom who are kind, knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and above meticulous in their work, no wonder Raymond has been in business as long as it has. We hope you and Oberfields will still be serving NEOH customers for years to come.

This is the only place I buy my pavers from. They are great to work with, great prices, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Raymond's is always a class act. I've used them for my home and my business. The selection is fantastic and the service is great. I recommend them to everyone for stone projects.

They have what you need for your DIY project. I wanted a ton of 2-3 inch rocks. The price was good but to have them delivered (a round trip distance of 16 miles) was 3 times the cost of the rocks! Needless to say I made other arrangements.

Save yourself the time and go directly here! We tried to shop around and eventually made the trek out to Raymonds and it was WELL worth it. Not only do they have a huge selection, but the guy that helped us was super friendly and knowledgable. Above and beyond any normal customer service standard, but especially for being on the tail end of the shutdowns, etc. Highly recommend!

We buy all of our material for stone work from Raymonds. Greg and his team are always pleasant and helpful. Doesn't matter if your a contractor or homeowner, they seem to treat everyone like a customer wants to be treated. Thanks Doug Canter
