These products are used to protect and/or beautify new or existing concrete. They are designed to cure and seal (or just re-seal) concrete, while providing a degree of gloss to the concrete. They can be used on both decorative and non-decorative concrete structures. There are a variety of different sealer or cure & seal chemistries on the market today, and no one product is the "best" in all situations.
This guide is offered as a convenience to our visitors and we strongly recommend that you confirm the VOC regulations in effect in your state and county before selecting a compliant ChemMasters product. Maricopa County is a "low-VOC" district within the state of Arizona. The remainder of Arizona observes VOC limitations established by the U.S.

I used there polyseal + on my stamped concrete pool deck this product worked really well went on easy and had a glossy appearance. It bubble in a few area where is was low but hit with a little xylene and finish was great. I had previously used Everclear made by another company and didn't have a good experience. I would recommend chemmasters products, I am doing a driveway soon and I am trying there Aquanal sealer on it I will follow up with a review soon.
