Mastertech Diamond Products Company is located 30 miles east of Cleveland in Painesville, OH. We have been manufacturing Polycrystalline Cutting Tools since April of 1990. Our newly renovated facility is climate-controlled and designed to promote the efficient manufacturing of our products. Constant upgrading of our technology and equipment enables us to offer our customers the most efficient cutting tools for their requirements.
Because of our high volume capacity, engineering services, and specialized equipment, we can offer a variety of contract manufacturing services to cutting tool manufacturers and distributors. Vacuum brazing is a joining technique that offers extremely clean, flux-free brazed joints incorporating high integrity and strength.
Polycrystalline Diamond rotary cutting tools are custom designed and manufactured to customer requirements. PCD drills, step drills, reamers, end mills, countersinks, counterbore step tools with and without coolant holes are available. We offer complete service on PCD rotary tooling including re-sharpening and re-tipping.
