In the 1870's the Roll family conducted business as "Calumet Ice", an operation that utilized barges to transport large blocks of ice cut from local rivers into the City of Chicago.Our namesake, George J. Roll, began selling ice retail in 1888.

Our fleet of heavy duty boom and flatbed trucks enables us to put the materials where you need them in a timely and cost effective manner. Our newest boom truck is capable of lifting materials to 72 feet (6 stories). Our boom truck operators have the skill and experience to safely and efficiently deliver your materials the right spot.
We carry all types, sizes and lengths of drywall including but not limited to standard, water resistant, foil back, shaftwall, and cement board products. We carry several different gauges of structural and non structural framing steel in a variety of lengths and sizes. We carry dimensional and specialty lumber in many sizes and wood types.

Had to write this review for my husband. He said it was the BEST sandwich he's had. He wants the recipe to recreate it for himself at home. He got the seafood (I believe it was prawn?) sandwich on a poppy seed bun. We took it for carryout to eat on the beach. He loved it so much, he wanted to go back for a 2nd one the same day, but we were too late.

Very good place for a quick bite. We ordered the shrimp roll and it was very delicious and refreshing. The bun was hot, the shrimps and their sauce were cold, which gave the sandwich an extremely original taste. The sauce was very delicious too. Not to forget to mention that the food's quality is very good. The chef was very welcoming and always smiling. The shop itself is very cosy. We only tried the shrimp roll for today, and i highly recommend it whenever you are in Nice. Thank you chef .
