Jeff has served as a Director for both the Lake States Lumber Association and the North American Wholesale Lumber Association. I remember a story about a truck driver who happened into a roadside diner and ordered his favorite meal - cheeseburger with coffee and a slice of apple pie. After the waitress delivered his order, three motorcycle dudes entered the cafe, road hardened and looking for trouble. They sized up the restaurants clientele and decided on the truck driver's space to crowd. The first motorcycle dude took a bite out of his cheeseburger, the second gulped his coffee, while the third mashed his fist into his apple pie.
