Very professional and responsive! Would definitely recommend. Artisan installed hardwood floors in my house last month. The owner performed the initial evaluation of our floors and provided a quote. They weren't the lowest quote we received, but we decided to choose Artisan because they were extremely professional and responsive. The owner took his time to walk us through the installation process and timeline. The installation was completed exactly as discussed without any issues.

Long and his team were a pleasure to work with. We had them repair and refinish the worn out and damaged hardwood of our 2000 sqft condo in Melrose MA. The repairs were flawless and the floors turned out amazing. Their attention to detail is top notch. Will definitely use Artisan and Son again in the future, and highly recommend them.

Long and his team did an awesome job refinishing our floors. He was flexible in providing a few different quotes for us when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do, was reasonably priced and was able to schedule us promptly. When we came back home we couldn't believe how good the floors looked, it made the whole house look new. They did a great job keeping the dust down and had plastic-ed off all of the areas where they weren't working. Long even went above and beyond and left us a surprise gift! I would absolutely recommend using them.

I can't say enough about the wonderful job that Long and his team did on our kitchen floor. Our floor is very old pine which was in terrible shape. After being refinished it looks beautiful. It turned out even better than I thought possible. Long is very professional and does a great job. I highly recommend him!

Long and his team were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job refinishing our floors. We don't know the last time they were refinished and they were in rough shape. They look gorgeous now! Long was on-time for the estimate and the team completed all of the work earlier than expected. We will definitely use them again on any future work.

Artisan flooring co and the owner Long, showed up exactly when they said, charged the price they quoted even though they have a small repair in the hardwood floor. I recently started remodeling my house and was looking to replace the old flooring with new hardwood. I called around to few local hardwood flooring companies for estimates before deciding on Artisan. The owner Long came out to give me an estimate within one day of contacting him. Once we decided on flooring style, Long took over from there. He ordered the wood for us and handled the delivery.
He told us we would have to acclimate the wood and he gave me a date of when he would return for the install. His install crew showed up on the morning he said and they went to town! Floors look amazing my wife and I couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to doing more projects with Artisan in the future. Thanks Long!

Long and his team did such an excellent job on my last home, they were my first call when I purchased my new place. Long is professional, responsive, and friendly, and my floors look wonderful. It's worth noting that the floors he refinished seven years ago in my last place, looked just as good on the day I sold. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Artisan Harwood Flooring. Long is very responsive and answered all of my questions. Our home looks brand new and our floors are beautiful. The crew was always on-time and the project was completed right on schedule. This was a great overall experience.
