AAA Louvers and Millwork was established in 1988 in Wendell, NC as a wood louver manufacturer, dealing primarily in yellow pine louvers. AAA has grown to include not only louvers, but also a variety of custom millwork and Cellular PVC products. AAA has successfully grown by providing quality products and excellent customer service at competitive prices.
Services
We build both exterior and interior access doors. Our exterior access doors are made 100% from Cellular PVC with no wood on them to rot over time. On our standard style the door is " thick, the jambs are "x3", the sill is 1"x3" and we use 180 style brickmould for the trim. We use solid brass hardware and stainless steel fasteners on all areas that are exposed to prevent rusting.
Our PVC Box Columns can be built in almost any size. They can be either square or octagonal. They can also be Plain, Fluted, Raised Panel, and Recessed Panel or a combination of styles. We use cellular PVC in the construction of our columns. Cellular PVC is impervious to moisture and insects and will not rot, split or delaminate.
Our louvers and foundation vents can be custom built to almost any size or shape. All of the PVC louver parts are extruded to the dimensions of wood. We manufacture them from cellular PVC or almost any species of wood. We use stainless steel brads on the exposed trim and for the non-exposed areas we use galvanized staples and nails.
