On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed a stimulus bill The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 that made some significant changes to the energy efficiency tax credits. The tax credits that were previously effective for 2009, have been extended to 2010 as well.

Spoke with terry multiple times about window replacement, called back chasing an estimate, two weeks later got the estimate. Call back to confirm work even though I was worried about quality of job completion time since it took two weeks to get a rough estimate. Was told it would be the following week as they were going on vacation, waited a week still no reply from them. Not here to bash a business just wonder why you couldn't just say I'm busy or we are super booked. Don't waste someone's time.

AWT is professional at every level. They were always quick to respond and if they didn't have an answer, they would find one. From helping with design and material choices to finished renovation, the attention to even the smallest detail was great! We definitely recommend them and will use them again!

AWT did a fabulous job of replacing my entire roof. I was most impressed by the efficiency of the crew. My yard was so clean (including the pool) you couldn't tell that anyone had been there. They were professional and delivered on every promise. Above all, AWT price was unbeatable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again should the need arise.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I had AWT install a gutter system at my house and it has been three weeks and it is still leaking badly. Tracy (manager at AWT) was sarcastic to my wife and doesn't keep track of what is really going on. My wife is the nicest person in the world so this disturbed me. I am not so nice, but I am very honest. I've asked them to remove the gutters since they have no clue OR CARE about 'Customer Service.
I video the cutters after a light rain and showed the workers. They stated they had a guy that quit and had discover he did a bad job at other sites and that they were fixing issues everywhere. It sounds like they need a quality control person to follow up and make sure the job is done right I never do reviews, but I didn't want someone else to experience what has been a total lack of professionalism and quality work from AWT.
They will not be in business very long with this kind of work ethics. If you need a gutter, check the reviews. I went by a personal recommendation in my selection process. SHAME ON ME. I WILL UPDATE EVERYONE if this company decides to step up and finish the job once and for all. My wife is making me write this part.dang-it Dave G. Byron Georgia.

Summary: I don't recommend this company. In Spring 2017, I contracted to have AWT install a screen porch on my back patio. They claimed to have the best reputation on Yelp and such websites. Tracy assured us they would do a good job. However, I was let down when it came time to deliver. The screened porch was installed by a subcontractor, not AWT. First, the subcontractor forgot much of the kit on the first trip from Macon.
It took about three more weeks to see the subcontractor return to work again on the job after he partially installed the screen porch. The door was installed to open towards my chimney, instead of my backyard--which made no sense, and he was too lazy to address this. I had to contact AWT to get a new door that opened out, towards my backyard--the people installing this didn't even think twice about a crappy installation, it required my intervention for something very simple. Tracy did accommodate and fix this discrepancy after I addressed it to him.
The hardware to the door spring was made out of cheap plastic, that now needs be replaced. During installation, they were too lazy to move a power cable to my security camera, and installed the porch frame right over it. It broke the wire, and I had to get a new USB cable. This work was being done by a sub-contractor who didn't care if he did a good job and it was evident.
One good thing they did, was they installed a dog door for free after I bought the door from a 3rd party. When it came time to finish up and caulk between the screen and the brick, the subcontractor said they didn't do that. He wasn't going to caulk the screened porch. He had to call his boss to find out he was supposed to caulk the simple area.
At that point, I told him I would caulk it, the clown show was over. I didn't want to risk someone messing up a job on my nice brick. I felt he wouldn't have been a good job either. I did email Tracy about the dissatisfaction and got this reply: "I'm sorry you feel that way." He did not know that my relatives also needed a new porch, we went with Apple Interiors and they had no issues with this new company screening their back porch. It took less that two days during the same time period. I recommend avoiding this company.

Great job done by AWT Construction. Needed gutters installed on a pool house. Matches trim perfect and down spouts exactly where I wanted them. It took me a while to notice they were done because they matched so well and the jobsite was so clean. I couldn't tell someone was there working that day. AWT gets my vote for a job well done. Screen room next.
