This is our most economical basic-style storage building, available in both wood-stud and steel-stud frames. This shed offers the basic in storage with still an attractive appearance that would fit your needs. Our aluminum framed door is standard on this unit, however you can substitute any mobile home type or roll up door.
The Lofted Barn is the latest style we have in our line of products. It can be built with metal or wood siding and either a metal or shingle roof, whichever your preference. This building comes standard with a 4 foot loft, a single 48" door on 8 wide buildings, and double 72" doors on 10 and 12 wide buildings.
For the gardener in the family, our Green Houses are available in mist green fiberglass or clear poly-carbonate panel made specifically for green house use. The framing is constructed of strong 18 or 20 gauge steel galvanized studs. All units are standard without a floor that enables you to use bark, gravel, or whatever you think best absorbs the water that is used when you water your plants.
The Eve has the same type gable as the New-Type-eve, however a few upgrades are added. Rather than the basic trim as the New-Type-Eve, this unit has a boxed trim which gives it a little more decorative look. This unit is standard with a 42 mobile home type door, however, as with all of our buildings, you can specify any type of door you desire. In the state of Florida, all buildings are standard with a 4' aluminum door and various sizes of mobile home type doors available upon request.

Over the years I have purchased 2 storage buildings, and a carport shelter. 1 storage building i purchased in 1988 1 carport in 1995 1 storage building in 2010 All are still in great condition. I also have bought numerous mobile home parts. They have always helped me get exactly what I needed. As far as politeness. Everyone has bad days in helping customers. We customers can be rude and trying ourselves.

First of all the old man, who I presume is the owner, is nothing but a complete and utter jack***. The other lady, who, I think might be some sort of relative, at least tries to give proper customer service, although I'm not sure if it was genuine. Now, buying parts for an older mobile home is a PITA, and the parts are rarely going to fit, no matter where you buy them, because the original manufacturer of the parts has long gone out of business.
For me, it was a window. I had looked in Augusta, but it didn't quite measure correctly. I thought I could find one here. It didn't quite measure correctly either, AND the part was $11 more expensive. I should have drove back to Augusta, but I purchased here because I didn't want to drive back to Augusta and then have to drive back again if it didn't fit. Also, I guess I had some kind of "sense of duty" to buy local.
Indeed it didn't fit, but I trimmed the facia panels and it went in. Still, too much for the window. The old man deserves 0 stars, but I gave 2 stars because the other lady at least tries.

Even after reading the reviews I decided to give this company a call. To inquire about a unit that they have on the lot. The person that answered the phone was super rude most likely it was the owner the way he spoke. He told me I had to talk to a sales person which I don't even believe they have. From the phone conversation I believe you must not want to sell anything. Hopefully corporate office will read this review and talk to them about how they treat customers.
