We moved into.our house in 2004. Jeff came to our house inspected our roof. He told us we still had another 3-5 years left. Hail damage later, Bakeris replaced our roof. Knew from first time they were honest and did good work. March 5 2022 tornado came through and Tony came and gave a great estimate that matched our insurance. These folks are great and do really good work. Watch out for those geese Jeff.

I can't say enough good things. The quote was detailed and competitive. The crew was on time and completed a two layer tear off (1900sf)complete install of new roof with new flashing and clean up in one day. Gutters were installed a few days later. All of my dealings were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Bakeris Roofing.

Ben was very professional and did a great job explaining the details of our roof replacement. He answered all of our questions and was quick to respond if we needed to know anything else. From the initial contact to full replacement was approximately six weeks, which was impressive considering all of the damage in our area due to the recent tornado.

This is the second time we worked with Bakeris and the quality of their work is top notch. If we weren't there, we wouldn't even know that anyone was on our property.it was left so clean. We are always impressed by all the extras they do to protect our property like covering windows before they work. Plus, they bring enough people to get the job done quickly.

The first time we worked with them we came home to Jeff Bakeris himself on a ladder inspecting the work. When we call their office we get a live person and if we don't, Shannon always calls back. Bryce Kiester worked directly with our adjuster to make the process so smooth. He is always professional and ready to make sure we are happy. We didn't have to think about anything once Bryce was involved.

We can look beyond the storm now while we see many neighbors still waiting to get work done. You can guarantee that we will be calling Bakeris again if we need this type of work done in the future.

Sam was very responsive and on top of things to get a Bakeris crew to my house to replace our roof after a winter wind storm. He also checked in regularly, and worked with my insurance team when new factors requiring further repair showed up during the time of replacement to insure we would be covered for the extra material. Overall we had a great experience with Sam and the Bakeris roofing team.

After the 3/5/22 storms that hit central Iowa, our insurance approved a new roof. I called Bakeris Friday afternoon and they sent Tony over to meet with us the same day. Tony was awesome! He was very patient on a Friday night going over options and answering questions. We decided to move forward with Tony and Bakeris Roofing based on the expertise and comfort and confidence Tony provided us.

We would usually try to get a few estimates, but we felt we didn't need to. It's really nice to have this part taken care of so we can focus on the other things that need attention after the storm. I would highly recommend Bakeris Roofing. Tony Bakeris was awesome to work with. He went out of his way to stop by and look at my roof even though I didn't have an appointment. (He was inspecting a neighbor's roof and they let him know I was interested in talking to him.) He was so easy to work with and helped me through the entire process from beginning to end making it a smooth process. Tony, and the ladies in the office kept me informed as to when they were going to do the work and always kept their promise.

They actually got the work scheduled and done earlier than planned. The crew was timely and did a great job installing the new roof and gutters and made sure everything was cleaned up. Tony did the final inspection and decided to replace a few vents that were bent a little (no fault of Bakeris Roofing). I appreciate his honestly. I needed a leaking roof repaired and called Bakeris Roofing to get an estimate. Tony came out and inspected the roof and gave a quote on repair or replacement of the roof as well as the gutters on the house and the garage as they were in need of replacement as well. I knew that Bakeris Roofing was the company I wanted to do the work right then and there after talking with Tony and didn't feel the need to get estimates from anyone else.

With it being so close to the end of the year, we weren't sure if we were going to be able to get the job done this year, but thankfully the weather stayed warm enough that they could schedule and replace the roof and gutters this year and not have to put it off until spring. We didn't do the roof on the garage at this time, but I will be calling Bakeris Roofing when the time comes to replace the garage roofing. I have lived with a wet 120 year old tile basement with every rain. After the 3+ inches we received it is dry because of the new roof and gutters. What a fantastic side bonus! Thanks to Sam and everyone else for a great job.

We originally had our roof replaced almost 4 years ago by Bakeris Roofing and due to a hailstorm this year we needed it completely replaced again. Bryce and his team did an excellent job. They replaced the entire roof. The crew was very courteous and polite. They made sure everything was picked up and no debris ended up in their yards. I have not personally used Bakeris but my friend has and she was incredibly impressed. Jordan with her service man, he was super polite very professional and the fee was less than expected. This company is the BEST! From Bryce Kiester, the salesman, Jeff and Ben Bekaris, Steve Gee and the incredible workers, they are a class act. The employees work so hard, consistently, cleaned up as they worked. Family-owned, they have been in business 29 years, definitely not "storm chasers." Even when calling the office, Stacy greets you with; "How can I make this a good day?" Wow, I wish all businesses had their incredible work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction!

We noticed a black spot growing on the ceiling of our kitchen and became concerned about a roof leak above. We called Bakeris and Jeff came out to perform a roof system evaluation. He was extremely thorough, checking the ventilation in the attic to noting deterioration of our siding which had been installed improperly to roof damage from a recent hail storm, documenting it all with pictures so we could see it.

There was indeed a leak causing the black spot in our kitchen and he immediately fixed the worn and torn flashing around our vent pipes. The fees charged were very reasonable and we have contracted them to come back and fix the siding that was installed improperly. The professionalism, courtesy, and clean up were all top notch and I highly recommend their services. Much better experience than we've had with other contractors and at reasonable rates. You can't go wrong with Bakeris.

After just 2 weeks of being homeowners, we had a storm do major damage to our roof. We received estimates from multiple roof inspectors and Bakeris Roofing was in the middle for estimates, but had a great reputation comparatively. Bryce Kiester was our Sales Specialist and we chose Bakeris Roofing because Bryce was so knowledgeable and attentive. He answered our many questions and within just two weeks we were able to get on the schedule.

The construction team completed the work in just one long day--they were very polite and cleaned up after themselves well.
