We are working on finishing our basement and our GC recommended Lumberman's for drywall delivery. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and was able to get a quote within 15-20 minutes to my email. The price point was similar to a big box store but the customer service was by far superior. They set up delivery for the following Monday morning (probably could have been sooner but we needed it delivered to a basement instead of just inside a garage/main level).

On Friday I was given a 2 hour window with an offer to call when they were loading the truck on Monday morning. They arrived today within the window and hand-carried our 58 sheets of drywall down into our basement. I could not have asked for a better experience! I would definitely recommend this business!

They are geared more towards contractors and builders, they won't price match but they carry level 5 drywall tools so that's a plus!

Waited a week for my delivery had people ready to hang the drywall only to find out the day of the delivery they have no idea what's going on. Incompetent bunch of losers

Made an order the other day and was told they would be able to deliver same day. Then called back shortly after saying they couldn't deliver until the next day. We decided to cancel are order because we found a place that could do it same day. We were then told our purchase of $886! Would be refunded back into our account asap. 24 hours later still pending.

I was then told it could take up to 2 weeks before I can get my money back. Im just extremely upset that the hold is so long because $886 is a lot of money to having missing. What if I had an emergency? Now I dont have that and I don't know when I will. Its very frustrating. It wasn't even an hour that we canceled the order.

I have done multiple orders with this company and am very satisfied.
