Terrible business practices stole our money. Purchased plans put money down on home. Wasn't told until ready to cut logs they could not supply materials ordered even though they own the building supply store next door. We were unable to receive plans. Advised we could cancel order and charged $150.00. We cancelled order but would not reimburse for plans not received then kept almost $2,000.00 of our deposit after their cancellation of materials.

I have talked with these people in preparation of planning to build a log home. I have found Ar B to be very friendly, professional, and helpful. What I do NOT find helpful are these reviews of 1:star that say absolutely NOTHING about why you give them 1 star. What was your problem? Did you talk to them and they didn't respond? Was the quality of the wood/caulk/plans. bad? What was the problem? Why are you even bothering to leave a rating? It doesn't help anyone if you don't explain.
