Working with MDS Homes on building my dream home in Southeast Idaho was an exceptional experience! Everything from the design phase through construction and finishing details of the home was done to the highest standards. MDS has invested in a business model that brings significant value to their clients. Their show/design room is phenomenal and a great place to review project plans and progress of build.
Working with the team at MDS Homes was exciting and very engaging throughout. Building our new home, while living out of state required, an additional level of communication and coordination, in which they exceeded our expectation. All of the benefits of building with MDS Homes is reflected in the final outcome of our build, we absolutely love ours!

We absolutely love MDS floor plans. We love them so much that we ended up buying one of their new constructions. They built our dream home without knowing they were building our dream home! We love every inch of it. Everything in this house is top notch technology! High quality and attention to detail should be their signature. Overall we are very impressed with their amazing work and HIGHLY recommend them!

The app used by MDS Homes kept us up to date on status and timeline and made it easy to communicate. We had a few change requests from the preset plan - they communicated budget impact quickly and accommodated our preferences. The cabinet company had delays and MDS kept us informed on status frequently so we could plan. They are continuing to communicate after closing on items that we have questions about - they are very helpful and care about the quality of the home.
They have also committed to looking into and advocating for home owners regarding the city approved plat map to make sure homeowners are taken care of when it is not their responsibility to do so. The open floor plan of our Daniel plan is beautiful- perfect for spending time with family - which is what a home is all about. We are enjoying the quality of the design and build. We look forward to working with them throughout the one year warranty period.

Building with MDS has been an amazing experience! We're so happy we went with them to build our first home and we highly recommend MDS! High quality work and great communication can be expected. Throughout our build we felt taken care of and every idea was supported with great feedback. We appreciate the fact we never had any surprises and we loved the classic Idaho friendliness they provided.
They definitely took pride in their work and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. When we first started building we figured we would be moving into a 5 year house but because of MDS we were able to move into our dream home.
