Avoid GeoOptions at all Costs! Ernie and his group of seemingly pleasant and intelligent people are some of the worst people in business and in the customer service industry. After ordering multiple drain grates from GeoOptions I tried purchasing another grate in a color I had already received and installed. Upon arrival I discovered the second items color was different.
No big deal just set up a return and get the correct color. Easy. Except for Ernie. Confused, he claims to have ordered the same thing twice. I tell him, yeah so did I yet here we are. Ernie then proceeds to tell me it's the same color, that I painted it, or that in the two months I've been trying to get a matching grate the sun faded it and make it darker.
Not a chance bud. This clown then blames the manufacturer and says it's not his fault, what's he supposed to do? At this point I'm done. Two months and no progress and now he has the audacity to insult me and place the blame elsewhere. What a joke of a company. Would give 0 stars if possible
