Bryant offers a comprehensive family of boilers designed to meet the wide-ranging needs of homes and homeowners. Choose from gas-fired or oil-fired, water or steam models, each designed to offer the same high level of energy-efficient, consistent comfort. Because boiler systems do not move air, you can relax without the drafts and noise associated with some forced-air system.
100% refund of suggested retail price during the first 30 days if the Holland Grill does not perform as advertised. The Holland Grill is environmentally friendly-the recovery system is designed to reduce the amount of pollutants that are normally associated with outdoor grilling. Flare-ups are IMPOSSIBLE with the patented Holland System-the exclusive drip pan is between the food and the flame, so food can't catch on fire.

I continue to have a wonderful experience with CAC. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our recent furnace replacement was clean, quick, inexpensive, and high quality. I highly suggest them for anything related to furnaces or water heaters, and I assume the same quality of service extends to their other services. Service: Heating system installation

Came and looked at AC unit. After a brief investigation he decided it needed a new unit. A second opinion revealed a simple $60 repair and unit is working like new. ALL they are interested in is selling you a new unit. Its the only conclusion you can come to. The guy who found the problem is a "handy man" yet a trained HVAC engineer can't find it? Go figure!

I was told that heat exchanger of my furnace has blockages and thefore the recommendation given was to replace the furnace. The technician also said that he spoke with his manager and he confirmed that with current symptoms the problem is with the heat exchanger. However when I took the second opionion through a different HVAC professional he indicated the problem with the control board. Now my furnace is working perfectly fine. Beware of such companies who just try to make money by giving false reports.

I called CAC at 8:30 this morning, they were here to service our water softener within 3 hrs of calling and diagnosed the problem as soon as I told them what it was doing! They fixed it and were leaving within 30 mins of their arrival. The two men were professional, well trained and very friendly! I am so happy that my water softener is working and in peak condition again! Thank you Corning Appliance Corp!

Just bought their boiler this year April, have them checked all the heating system was working correct. After four months, the baseboard heating system was overheated, even turned off thermostat, the boiler was still running, and overheated. Have to turn off the power switch because no one would like to come down to our house after 7:00 pm. In the following day, a guy showed up, and turned on the heat at each heating zone, and once the baseboard is heated up, he turned off each heating zone to see if they are cooling off.
It turned out everything is working fine, and they could not think why it was happening yesterday. And, they charged about $100 for the showing up! This is insane! They could just instruct me how to check this without showing up. In addition, I just spent tons of money to buy their boiler four months ago, and they promised free service within a year.
They still charged me $100 to just turn on and turn off my thermostat. Not going to recommend this company to anyone forever. The funny thing is their owner Ali just called me this morning to see if their customer is happy about their service. How could I be happy with $100 show up fee just to turn on and turn off my thermostat.

After having just moved back to the area we decided to go with Corning Appliance Corp. to install our water treatment system. We purchased a water softener and a UV light. Since we have had them here back in September they have been to the house six times due to faulty installation. The first time they went to install the system the man didn't know how to put in the light properly, and he broke it.
They left the basement area a mess from the plumbing work. There were pieces of metal scraps all over the floor, and they had laid a dirty drop cloth, which was replaced by us to keep the new carpets clean. Since the original visit the system has leaked five times. After they kept tightening the joint, it was discovered by a different employee that the union was installed incorrectly.
After fixing that we had a period of about a month and a half before it began leaking in a new area. Having spoken since September with others I now know this problem isn't uncommon with this company. I am disappointed to say the least. At least now I know to keep a bucket under their work, and am still waiting for a repairman to show up.
