Trying to order 1300 ft of trex from Jojo the salesperson there. Super condescending and after 4 days of not being able to get it ordered over the phone, we ended up going in and working with Wade. Got the order done in less than 15 minutes. Happened to complete the order on President's Day so I got to hear all the political views from the guys up front about how terrible the president is.

Really wish people would just do their jobs. I know lumber companies are probably making a killing right now but for a place that's been in business since I was a kid, I just expected a little bit more professionalism from them.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Competitive pricing, and far superior service to what you get at a big box store. We purchased a large amount of plywood sheets, and their delivery driver was super kind. He got it as close to our garage door as possible to make it easier on us. Purchasing the plywood was easy too. The salesman was knowledgeable, they had a ton of what we needed in stock, and they took care of us quickly and efficiently. We'll definitely be sourcing more of our project materials from M & M!

We just moved here to Oklahoma and was looking for a lumber yard. After my GPS sent me to 2 yards that have been closed I pulled up the next one on the list. M&M lumber. The place was easy to find and the staff was great. Friendly, helpful and curtious. Was able to get my purchases and have them cut the size I needed. Will definitely be giving them my business.

Awesome lumber store. Friendly customer service and prompt delivery of some 16ft long siding the following day. Wish I had been using these guys sooner.

Purchased a door. Was told It would be ready in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks still didn't have a door. Was told would be another 3 weeks. Again after another 3 weeks still no door. Was told it would be another 3 weeks. Now after waiting almost 3 months, I still don't have the door I ordered!

The guys behind the counter need customer service lessons.except for one guy The price are good there you need to know that, the guys who upload the material treat you really good they offer you a good service.the problem here at m&m lumber is the bad service at the lobby I have treated each of them. I give an example yesterday I buy material there shiplaps and one outside corner 1 1/8"x 8' at the end of the day i was ready to install the full piece The guys behind the counter need customer service lessons.except for one guy The price are good there you need to know that, the guys who upload the material treat you really good they offer you a good service.the problem here at m&m lumber is the bad service at the lobby I have treated each of them.example yesterday I bought material there shiplaps and one outside corner 1 1/8"x 8' at the end of the day i was ready to install the full piece outside corner but the piece was not a full piece i measured twice it was 94 7/8" so i decided to go there anyway i was in need of more material for another job, cedar and more shiplaps when i get there they ask me whats wrong i explained the problem this is not a full piece can u please exchange the piece for a full 96".i explained, you have some pieces shorter than others i said come with me and i show you she says I'm not going nowhere they take my piece in exchange and charge me for another one.so they took my piece and another $6.95 in my next bill with my other material so they call me liar and i am a client and I have spent around 5 thousand or more m&m lumber.

The customer service is very bad they can keep the $6.95 plus outside corner just please make your personal better and.the prices are good and the guys in the back yard are doing a good job.

They are about the best pricing in town on almost any lumber they have. I live a hour away and called ahead of time. They said they had a door in stock that I needed. Only to get here and they don't. Horrible experience. I will pay the extra next time. Now I'm stuck driving around Tulsa trying to find what I need.

I am so happy I found this place! I had originally gone to a competitor (Mill Creek Lumber) and had a TERRIBLE experience. I ended up canceling my order through them and went to M&M Lumber. My experience there was night and day! M&M Lumber cared about customer service. They helped me find a special order door that was a fraction of the cost of the one I ordered from Mill Creek. It arrived in a timely manner, and they called immediately to tell me it had come in. I will never go anywhere else. M&M definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!

By far the best lumber yard in Oklahoma. The staff and employees go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Will never buy from anywhere else. Good to see customer service like this.
