A "ventilated wall" is a specialist, opaque wall that boasts an outer coating made using discontinuous elements of Porcelain laminated slabs in a larger size with reduced thickness. To install these elements they are dry installed using a mechanical, or chemical-mechanical bond. Space is left behind these slabs and the wall behind to allow for ample air circulation.

Veronica by far was the worst customer service individual I ever encountered in Ocala. She looked for everyway not to help me in making one excuse after another. She truly was more interested in getting out of work at 4:30 then helping a customer. I would never recommend her or Trinity if this is the type of sales associate they employ and support this type of behavior.

If you work in commercial flooring, getting pricing from this company is a living nightmare. I emailed 5 people in my original pricing request and didn't hear back from anyone for over 24 hours. This is even after I stated in my original that our bid was due the next day. These employees are Jeanille Thomas, Jason Weeks, Elizabeth Chambley, Scott Glace, and Cheyenne Goodman.
You are all terrible. After sending multiple follow up emails, I got on the phone and got Jeanille's voicemail. Very helpful Jeanille (This was during business hours). This is not our first time having difficult getting pricing from this company. I still would not have pricing if it wasn't for the angel in customer service named Brad. Brad, you are amazing.
