The lady who gives the quotes is kinda snappy. I recieved a quote and saw how much it was, I politely responded thank you but we are going with Muller as they are 2200 cheaper for the same exact building and includes gutters. She snaps back that Muller is a weld up and thats not the same building yet the quote I have from Muller is the EXACT bolt up building same pitch same colors same size etc.
Very defensive customer service. Its okay to be more expensive but as a customer Im just not paying more for the same exact thing I can get at a decent company for 2200 cheaper. Thanks for your time once again.
