Standard electric includes a fluorescent light with wrap-around lens and wall switch, fan forced heater with thermostat control, GFI electrical outlet, and all wiring in metal conduit terminating at a wall mounted circuit breaker box with main breaker. Some of the upgrades to your guard shack include an optional, tinted, insulated low "E" glazing, additional built-in counters, larger canopy overhang, swinging steel door with almost any lock type, anti-fatigue mat floor, equipment cabinets, computer and video mounts, just to name a few.
