Had great service from this company today. Rich and David arrived on time and did a beautiful installation of my new carpet. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Within a year our carpet looks a good 10 years old. We were given the run around for months just for them to basically tell us we weren't taking care of our carpet. They offered us $500 for a new vacuum, but we have a Dyson and a Kirby. We now have to seek legal representation because I'm not going to allow anyone to take advantage of my mother.

I am quite disappointed in the service provided by World of Floors. We ordered the carpet about two weeks ago and received a call for install probably about four days later. Install was set for today. Thursday during the day they call and say the carpet is out of stock. Nothing like waiting until the last minute to tell us. My wife calls back and after explaining that the house is already setup for carpet the front office woman (Cindy) tells her that a truck is coming in the morning.

The carpet removers show up at around 10 am and pull the carpet. They tell me couple of hours for the installers, which ended up being 5 hours. The installer shows up and the carpet is short by about 50 feet. FAIL! We will not be going back.

Ordered my carpet over two weeks ago. Scheduled for install with more than a week lead time. Moving our own furniture and promised by salesman that this carpet is always in stock we figure we are good to go. Get a call Thursday night before install and told carpet is out of stock have to reschedule. I tell them this is not ok we planned a date we moved two rooms of furniture to ha evrhis dine tomorrow and so they work to fix it.

Get a call back assuring me our carpet will be installed on Friday as promised. One crew shows up to tear out the old carpet and at 3:00 in the afternoon we hear nothing from anyone. I call and am told someone will call me back. 4:00 still nothing. Finally a call from a guy who says he is in his way. One guy pulled from another job at least 50 miles away to get this done.

So this tells us that our carpet was never really coming today. He gets here and the carpet and pad are cut short and he can't even finish the job and has no idea when he can come back. The woman in the office dealing with this is now avoiding my calls and my salesperson blames everyone else yelled at me and said well we are busy. Well then you shouldn't have told me my install date was fine for this day. Disappointed in this service and will never use them again. Oh and I still have no carpet and they have money cash paid!

After giving a sign on a contract, I realized the price of wood is too expensive. Now I really regret I chose this company. I recommend u guys throughly to compare price with competitors.
