Mountain Home Building Products is a leading log home products distributor, providing high quality log home stains, interior clear finishes, chinking, caulking, wood cleaners, preservatives, specialty application tools, copper post caps and unique log siding materials for commercial and residential applications.
Triple Stretch Chinking is designed to look like old-fashioned mortar but offers far superior adhesion and elasticity. It is the easiest chinking material to tool because of it's unique formula that allows it to stay in place unlike most other competitive products. The only chinking available with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The Albion DL-59-T13 is a manual action bulk loding gun with a 30oz volume capabiliy. It produces more power than competitive models and works well for a wide range of materials, including log home caulk and chinking. Its efficient design and quality construction provide reliable operation with minimal effort.
Grip Strip is a closed cell backer rod that is shaped like a trapezoid. It's unique trapezoid design compresses to provide an excellent fit to the logs. The flat surface allows for easier application of chinking material. Additionally, it promotes 2-point sealant adhesion while it controls the depth of the chinking material.

Years ago we bought our garage doors from Home Building Products. We then bought more when we added an out building. We also had our door springs adjusted and serviced. We are now looking at there porch enclosures. Great place and they do not wear me out with high pressure sales gimmicks. I have recommended them to friends before as well.
