In the year 1918, Clyde Cash opened a sand and gravel pit on his family's farm located east of Greencastle on State Road 240. Shortly thereafter he began utilizing the sand and gravel to produce concrete block. In 1948, Clyde's two sons, Bill and Gene, added concrete septic tank production to the operation. Following the addition of the precast department, Cash Concrete entered into the ready-mixed concrete industry in 1953. Cash Concrete added brick to their product line in the 1980's. Cash Concrete is currently in its 5th generation of family ownership and operation.

We manufacture and deliver concrete block. Delivery is available on our boom trucks or semi with rough terrain forklifts. Below is a list of the most common block we offer along with block dimensions, approximate weight, and number of units per cube. Additional block sizes and styles are available upon request.
We stock single wall pipe and fittings from ADS Hancor. This type of pipe is great for all types of drainage projects. Maxi rolls of perforated tubing can be ordered for agricultural field tile. Single wall pipe is also great for the do-it-yourself drainage projects. For example, build a french drain using perforated, single wall pipe or add outlets to your home's gutter downspouts using downspout adapters and solid single wall pipe to move water from your gutters away from your house.We stock nearly all types of single wall fittings shown in the manual above, but if we don't have a specific fitting it can be ordered and delivered within a few days.
