Working through a local builder I had the misfortune of having quartz countertops fabricated and installed by Carsten. The initial installation went badly since the cooktop cutout was wrong. There was also an seam with a mismatched piece of quartz placed in an odd and obvious spot. Carsten came back to again install the piece around the countertop.

This time the piece was again off by a bit. The installer chipped the tight side and left an obvious seam on the left side. I continued to complain and refused to pay. After two more visits chipped quartz was repaired (but still noticeable) and the seam was "stretched" with a device to make it less obvious. They also exchanged the mismatched piece of quartz but it is still obvious that it not from the same slab.

That all happened in 2018 and after much persuasion by the builder I agreed upon a discount & moved on. Now it is 2022 and the seam that was stretched has opened two more times. Carsten now claims that it has been too long and they have no more responsibility. The seam is so large that I have to use a vacuum cleaner to clean it. My mistake (besides using CARSTIN) was not demanding a complete replacement before agreeing to pay. DO NOT USE CARSTIN UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO HAVE A COUNTERTOP THAT LOOKS LIKE A DIY JOB.

Terrible place to work for and Human resources is super rude when you call to ask anytype of questions. DO not recommend anyone try to get emplyed here.

Waiting for my vanity countertop from these folks. My first countertop came in where they predrilled a single hole and drilled into the bowl. Ordered another, it came back with blemishes. You'd think they would put this order as "high priority".nope. I'm almost 2 months in. Bad business.

Absolutely LOVE my countertops installed today! Mike & Erving were polite, professional awesome installers. Great customer service from the start.we were able to take a look at the countertops.its hard to tell the big picture by looking at a 2" x 2" piece that the dealer gives you. At Carstins Will was so informative, he took his time with us at the the warehouse, that man is a wealth of knowledge. Mike the measure guy did top notch when he came out to measure, fit like a glove today helps when you have an awesome cabinet installer & cabinets are "the best "level" they have seen" If I will need any countertop for my bathroom, I will return to Carstin direct! Highly recommend Carstin Kitchen & Bath Surfaces!

Very happy with the whole project from start to finish the Carstin Brand did an outstanding job! Could not be happier with the lookas well. And to top it off the crew that came to install were friendly and knowledgeable. They also did not care that my 4 year old was watching them the whole time!

I have now tried for 3 weeks to have my Alantra countertops serviced, which I purchased from Carstin when my home was built. I will avoid mentioning the names of the two individuals I had contact with at Carstin during those three weeks, but between the two of them (one who apparently does the scheduling and the other who comes out to provide the service and the quote), neither have helped me get this scheduled.

It has been the most frustrating experience I have had dealing with a business. I indicated at the time of my initial phone call that my husband and I were getting ready to put our home on the market; thus, the desire to 'freshen up' our counter tops. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

My name is Stephen Hagar. Today June 19 I had the pleasure of getting my counter tops installed. They were suppose to show up between 11 and 1 today. They showed up 10.50. I was very pleasantly surprised. From the time they got here to the time they left all three were very efficient and skilled at their job. Other than the screw-ups by our dealer in the ordering process, our new Alantra countertops from Carstin Brands are very nice. The installation crew deserves special recognition for their professionalism and knowledge. They worked very carefully to perform a difficult installation in an expert manner. Thank you for supplying a great product and friendly, knowledgeable employees.

Mike and Mike and the crew were amazingly accurate in measuring, building, and installing our kitchen surfaces! A great team to work with, warm, friendly, courteous, professional and in the end. proud of their work and pleasing us! We are very particular customers and Carstin was a perfect choice for us!

They provided countertops for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry - selection was great. They installed the tops today - the team was in and out in a couple hours, all the counters fit great. The installers were very professional and knowledgable. I strongly recommend them.
